The newly built small villa complex is located near the center and pebble beach Jadro in the capital vir on the island of vir. A total of eight modern villas, each with its own private swimming pool, ensuring a relaxing stay. A fitness room, automatic massage bank, sauna and hot tub free is also available in the reception area. A sports and playground for children, as well as basketball, football and badminton fields are also included in the price - there is no chance of boredom! Special emphasis was placed on safety and privacy in the construction of the facility, and the entire area of 4,400 square meters is walled. Each villa has approximately 350 square meters available - with the neighbors' privacy. With a total of 8 villas, the complex is also very suitable for groups (group discount on request). The landlord also runs a popular restaurant just 1.5 kilometers away. There is also the possibility for breakfast (around 10 € pp) and half board (around 24 € pp). In addition, you get a 15% discount on all a la carte dishes in the Ibiza restaurant and enjoy a delicious meal on the terrace with a sea view. The island of Vir is located in the northwestern part of Dalmatia. It is one of the approximately 300 islands of the Zadar archipelago. The sightseeing metropolis is approximately 30 kilometers away. Your holiday home is located in the main city of the island, which has a wide range of restaurants, a variety of sports and leisure activities and of course beautiful beaches. You can easily reach vir by car, as the island is connected to the mainland by a bridge.

Activities in the area: The area is particularly suitable for mountain bike tours, long walks or boat trips to the Zadar and Pag islands. The Zadar metropolis can also be reached within a short time. The old city center is on a peninsula and has a rich Roman and Venetian past. There are many inviting terraces and restaurants along the coast. From there you can relax and look at the crowds after a walk through the city. Finally, behind the North Dalmatian coast, the full charm of Croatia unfolds. National parks Kornati, Paklenica and Velebit are a real tourist attraction. Above all, the Plitvice National Park is hardly surpassed with its green or blue lakes and waterfalls in terms of natural beauty. There is also an official hunting area with Moeflons, pheasant and quail near your holiday home.

The location on the island is fantastic – near the beach and local attractions. The villa was spacious enough for our family, and a private pool was a great bonus. I would definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Villas Resort in Vir! The private pool was definitely a highlight for our family, and the kids loved having their own space to splash around. The villa was modern and clean, and we appreciated the privacy it offered. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing vacation!
