Description
Our holiday home has a direct view of Lake Velen, which is 50 meters away. On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 1 bedroom with a double bed 180 cm x 2.00 m, 1 additional single room, a combined living/kitchen area with soapstone stove. On the upper floor there is a balcony, two rooms with a double bed, and 1 sleeping place in the anteroom.
2 large TVs with German channels via satellite system - internet via Wi-Fi. The house includes a large terrace, awning, loungers, garden furniture, grill, sunshade, and also a rowing boat for exclusive use. The house is fully furnished, bed linen and towels must be brought along. Dogs allowed on request. Two existing annexes are not rented out, as we use them exclusively for private purposes.

The relevant date is the date the withdrawal notice is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the lease contract, they must compensate for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit in the following amounts, provided that re-renting is not possible: Cancellation costs excluding final cleaning - up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price - up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price - up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price - thereafter and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

A paradise for nature lovers, fishing in the lake is possible and permitted, mushrooms and berries can be found in abundance in the adjacent forest, many other lakes with swimming opportunities are in the nearby area. Hiking, canoeing, and cycling in the surroundings are ideal. Final cleaning can be done by yourself or arranged for a fee (€80.00). Additional costs, such as water and electricity, waste disposal, and Wi-Fi usage are included in the rental price within normal limits.

Pure relaxation
Those who love peace and nature are exactly right here.
The house is beautifully located by the lake. It has a wonderful view from the very large terrace of the lake. There is a great swimming dock. We often swam in the lake.
Behind the house is a forest. You can go for nice walks there.
There are also very beautiful excursion destinations nearby.
We spent two wonderful weeks in the house with our dog.
We would love to come back. Mr. Wöhler informed us very well about the house and the excursion possibilities by phone before our arrival. During our vacation, Mr. Wöhler was always reachable for us.

Super holiday
When you come from the big city, you long for peace and quiet. We found it here. We spent 14 wonderful days hiking, swimming, canoeing, rowing, going on excursions and, of course, relaxing. We ended the evening on the terrace with a wonderful view of the lake.

Super log cabin in a fantastic location
One can really feel comfortable and relax here! The pictures really say it all and absolutely correspond to reality. Breakfast on the terrace with a view of the lake: unbeatable!
It would be great to have a dishwasher and a sauna, but I'm sure that will come!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Traumhafte, ruhige Lage im Wald direkt am See. Kaum Nachbarn (ideal, wenn man mal richtig für sich sein will!)
free time activities: Rudern, angeln, baden und wandern direkt am Haus. Für alles andere muß man halt fahren, da das Haus ja, wie beschrieben, recht einsam liegt.
shopping facilities: Nächster größerer Ort mit Supermarkt ca. 20 Km entfernt.

idyllic holiday home located in the middle of nature
We (2 adults and 3 children) spent two fantastic holiday weeks in this vacation home. The vacation home really lives up to its promises and the information on the internet is accurate. We enjoyed living in the midst of nature and yet being quickly (by car) in civilization. We made good use of the boat and the lake. The only thing that was lacking upon our arrival was cleanliness.

Very nice, well-located holiday home.
We rented the house for two weeks. We really liked it, exactly what we were looking for... solitude, idyll, a nearby lake, boats, and tranquility. Simply unique. The view from the huge terrace of the lake. Even though it was already September, we had really nice weather. When the fog lies over the lake in the morning and the sun comes out from behind the clouds, it is a beautiful view.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wälder ohne Ende. Jeder Wald irgedwie anders und individuell. Viele Seen, einmalig schön.
free time activities: Vimmerby - Astid Lindgreen Värld. Für Kinder und für Erwachsene richtig sehenswert. Und natürlich Natur pur, Pilze sammeln, Spaziergänge, Fahrradfahren, Bootfahren, Angeln usw. usw.
shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Kisa, ca. 10 km vom Haus entfernt. Dort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte. Also Einkauf kein Problem
