A beautiful townhouse in quiet location in Pollença’s old town, featuring a courtyard with a barbecue. The beaches are only a ten-minute drive away.
Casa Calvario is situated at the foot of the Calvari Hill, as borne out by the quaint distribution of the rooms on different levels. This is a typical Majorcan townhouse. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen and living/dining room. This leads onto a courtyard with its own barbecue. On the next floor up, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The downstairs living room and one bedroom have air conditioning. Half a floor higher, you come to a further living room with a roof terrace, which enjoys incredible views of the Tramuntana mountain range and the rooftops of Pollença. Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

We had such a fabulous stay at Martina’s townhouse! The location was wonderful, close to all our favourite restaurants and bars in the centre of town, but quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Martina provided plenty of helpful instructions and lots of great tips on where to go too. The terrace was a fantastic place to have lunch every day. A real sun trap all day, with spectacular views over the Tramuntana mountains. Both bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks for a fantastic trip.

very pleasant house, clean, nicely decorated and spacious, we particularly enjoyed the terrace roof for breakfast and dinners with a view of the lovely town of Pollenca (and its magnificent fireworks for the celebration on August 2nd). Martina was helpful with advice and we will keep a very good memory of our stay here...

Very pleasant house and ideally located, in a very quiet street, while being very close to the center of Pollença on foot. Very good communication with Martina, good responsiveness, and good advice for the surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay in this house.

The accommodation was perfect for us: located in the old town of Pollenca, but somewhat on the outskirts. The center was quickly reachable on foot. Because of the location on the edge, you didn't have to drive endlessly through the narrow streets of the old town. We also always found a parking spot. For excursions, it was also easy to get out onto the country roads. So really perfect for city vibes and for outings. The house was very nice, almost too big for the four of us. The terrace is great with a beautiful view over the city. We really liked the accommodation and the city.

We loved the house, very clean and well equipped. The location was great and we enjoyed our evenings sitting out on the small roof terrace with a glass of wine looking at the mountains and over Pollenca town.
