A modern and well furnished flat (approx. 50 sqm) on the ground floor of a very quiet house, separate entrance, pleasant, homely furnishings and fittings, TV special programmes, internet, 2 terraces, one of which is covered, (sun/shade) with a wonderful view of the Moselle and the steep vineyard slopes, layout: see floor plan, car parking space at the house, secure storage for bicycles etc., bedroom with bed 160x200 cm for a maximum of 2 people.

The flat is located in the Kaimt area of the historic wine town of Zell. "Kaimt" is on the opposite side of the Moselle from the core town, which is connected by a pedestrian bridge. This area of "Kaimt" was newly developed in the 1970s - a quiet residential area with lots of greenery and nature in the close vicinity, only a few minutes' walk to the Moselle, beautiful walking and cycling paths in the immediate vicinity.

Great holiday apartment
We spent a wonderful week here with our older dog. Everything you need is there, and the great thing is that it is all on one level without steps. We were able to easily place the bikes and the dog trailer on the Akris Bahre terrace. Everything you need is there, and we would gladly come back. S. Dute and S. Nieland

Great holiday apartment
We were in this beautifully located holiday apartment for the second time with our dog Paula. We felt just as comfortable as the first time. The landlord is a very, very nice person, as are the other neighbors. You're immediately welcomed warmly. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Everything is easily accessible on foot and especially by bike. The location is great. The pictures speak for themselves. All in all, I can highly recommend this accommodation with a dog. We will definitely be happy to come a third time.

I've booked again right away!
Beautiful area, from the winter garden you can see the ships, from the terrace the vineyards. The landlord is a super nice person. The apartment is sparkling clean. We arrived home two hours ago and decided on the way back to book again... for a longer time. It is also not excluded that we might inquire again spontaneously at an earlier date.

Onze vakantie met hond
Despite having to cut our vacation short due to a family matter, we still enjoyed it. What a lovely house, very well-maintained. Comfortable bed and complete kitchen, and nice terraces. Will definitely come back next year. Regards, Hans and Carla Elst and our dog Teddy.
I bought this house in 2017 as a retirement home and renovated it thoroughly. Since the upper floor is enough for me to live in, it made sense to create a holiday flat on the ground floor - which was recently completed. The charming Moselle landscape of the "Zeller Land" with a view of the Moselle and the steep vineyards, the beautiful countryside and last but not least the wine culture and leisure opportunities have persuaded me to live here, where guests from near and far enjoy spending their holidays.
