The holiday flat is a separate annexe to the landlord's house.
It has a small furnished veranda, a living room with dining area, a kitchen (induction cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle), bedroom with double bed and bunk bed and bathroom with shower/WC.
The terrace has a barbecue and garden furniture.
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
However, the host runs a small animal husbandry in the adjacent area.

Zinnowitz is situated at the narrowest point of Usedom between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. The Baltic seaside resort is surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forests and endless meadows.
Zinnowitz offers a wide range of culture, games, fun, sports, beauty and wellness.
The white, fine, gently sloping sandy beach stretches 40 km along the entire Baltic Sea coast of the island and is just as inviting for a swim as the Bernsteintherme with its 850 square metre seawater swimming area.
The island of Usedom is considered the sunniest island in Germany, known for its imperial spas and piers.
Getting there
Take the A20 motorway to the Baltic Sea, exit at Gützkow and continue to Wolgast. Here (B111) in the direction of Ahlbeck. In Zinnowitz, take the Neuendorf/Lütow turn-off on the 111 (on the right). Always follow the road. In approx. 4 km you will reach the village of Neuendorf.
