Three bedrooms and an office with an additional sleeping accommodation offer enough space for up to 7 guests
Directly from the master bedroom you enter the large master bathroom with spacious shower and bathtub.
The master bedroom and the second king bedroom have direct access to the terrace
Furthermore, the villa has a guest bathroom and a pool bathroom. The interior is bright and friendly. As you enter the villa into the spacious living and dining area, the view of the lake will captivate you
The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable kitchen appliances and has a bar with 2 high chairs.
There are 4 LED TVs for your entertainment
Internet is available free of charge via WLAN. The oversized pool area is south facing, so you will be spoiled by the sun all day long. Enjoy the fantastic pool area with whirlpool and the magnificent view over Lake Britannia. 4 sun loungers and 2 lounge chairs invite you to relax and linger. A large gas barbecue is ready for a cosy barbecue evening.

In only 20 minutes through the canal you can reach the Calloosahatchee River by boat (without lock).
Shopping and gas stations are located on Cape Coral Parkway and are about 2-3 kilometres from the house
The Tarpon Point Marina harbour is about 3 km away and the Cape Harbour harbour is about 5 km away.

Cancellation terms:

25% of the rental price up to 14 days after booking. Thereafter, 100% of the rental price if no replacement is named. In the event of a complete re-rental for this period, only the deposit of 25% will be charged to cover additional costs and expenses. Private travel cancellation insurance is recommended (e.g., ADAC or Europäische Reiseversicherung München).

The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, side by side fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, oven and hob. Crockery is available for at least 8 people, as well as all imaginable kitchen utensils.
Bed linen and towels are available in sufficient quantity.
Baby cot and high chair are in the walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom.
2 beach chairs with umbrella are available for your use.
Videos, books and games can be found in the sideboard of the dining room.
