It consists of a large bright, tiled room, from which a two-tier bunk is separated by a wall. The kitchenette is separated from the living-sleeping area by a counter.
A shower room complements the facilities. Through the window, you can look out onto the romantic natural garden with its old fruit trees. Fast internet is provided via the fiber optic connection. In summer, the seating area facing south towards the garden offers quiet sunbathing pleasure. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, as well as a toaster, coffee maker, etc. The residential street An den Teichen ends in a small forest.

The holiday flat is located in a side street in the idyllic village of Bollensen. A heated summer outdoor swimming pool can be reached in 10 minutes on foot in the neighbouring village of Wieren. The quarry pond in Oldenstadt, the Hardausee lake near Hösseringen or the leisure pool in Uelzen also offer swimming fun. The surrounding area invites you to go walking, hiking and cycling on large and small tours. Various open-air museums and Bodenteich Castle offer an insight into life in days gone by, as well as events, demonstrations of old crafts and opportunities to join in. Uelzen also offers a wide range of cultural activities, including theatre, the Jabelmannhalle and the Schauspielhaus. The vitality market in Ulezen offers a wide range of products from the region. And of course a visit to the Hundertwasserbahnhof in Uelzen is also worthwhile
The Otter Centre in Hankensbüttel is unique in Europe and also worth a trip. Lüneburg, Celle and Hamburg are within easy reach. If the weather is bad, a trip to the Jod-Sole-Therme in Bad Bevensen is a good idea. Various amusement parks such as Heidepark, Wildpark Lünerburger Heide and Vogelpark are also within easy reach.
