Description
The holiday flat is located on the upper floor, it is accessible via a small outside staircase and a staircase in the hallway. It is a nice, bright flat with lots of light and a beautiful view of nature. It can be booked for 2 persons. The floors in the living room, hall and bedroom are made of cork laminate, the bathroom and kitchen are tiled. The living room is equipped with a leather corner couch, a small table, a TV armchair with stool, a flat screen TV and board games and books for the whole family. There is a dining table and three chairs as well as a glass cabinet. The small kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, 4 plates, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, radio, crockery, cutlery, dishcloths and tea towels.
The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, washbasin, WC and mirrored cabinet. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed, a flat screen TV, an armchair, a fan and a large mirror. In the adjoining room you can get dressed there is a wardrobe and shelf.
You can park your car on the property under a carport. When the weather is nice, you can use the garden with an open terrace or a covered terrace with seating furniture and sun loungers. Here you can barbecue and enjoy the evening with the setting sun.
We want to do something good for nature and for this reason the separation of packaging, glass and residual waste is very important to us, for this purpose bins with labelling are available.

The holiday flat on the Meckl. Seenplatte in Dabel, is only 200 m away from Lake Dabel, is located in the nature park region "Sternberger Seenland".
The beautiful village of Dabel is ideally located for all your activities. You will enjoy holiday excursions on foot or by bike through our hilly forest and lake-rich nature. The lakes are ideal for swimming. Pure relaxation, simply enjoy the peace and quiet, recover from the stress of everyday life and let your soul dangle.
Tourist fishing permits are also available in the village for anglers.
For smaller activities you can visit the DDR museum in Dabel (2 km), the Dabel mill (3 km), the Rothener Hof - the art barn (5 km), the carriage museum in Kobrow (8 km), the small town of Sternberg with its beautiful old town centre and church (10 km).
The monastery with its park in Dobbertin is also worth a visit, as is the Slavic castle in Groß Raden.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 10 days before the arrival date.
In the event of cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, cancellation fees amounting to 25% of the rental price will incur. Should the vacation apartment be rented out to another party, the cancellation fees will, of course, be waived and the amount will be refunded to you. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Our holiday flat is located in the village of Dabel, where you will find shopping facilities for your daily needs, a bakery with an iced coffee, a fruit shop with a snack bar, a hairdresser, a doctor, a dentist, a pharmacy, a flower shop and a riding school.
There is also a bicycle rental in the neighbourhood.
We have our own boat on the Klein Pritzer See lake, which can be booked on request for rowing, swimming and fishing.

A good starting point for the Mecklenburg Lake District.
The holiday apartment is very spacious, bright, and friendly furnished. Everything is clean and tidy. The equipment meets the usual holiday apartment standard. So everything necessary is available. The landlords are friendly and always ready to help. There is a lot of informational material for activities available. Dabel is a small place, but has everything necessary and is idyllically located between two lakes. A good starting point for an eventful stay.

Beautiful vacation apartment - highly recommended
We have spent a great and relaxing vacation here. The holiday apartment is clean, very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The surroundings with its many lakes and forests are pure idyll and tranquility, perfect for simply switching off from everyday stress. The host is friendly and available for questions. In addition, the hosts have a rowing boat on Kleinpritzer Lake, which you can rent for 5€ per day. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this holiday apartment!
