Description

You enter the holiday flat via a paved, nicely planted courtyard. 3 steps lead to a hallway from where you enter the small hallway of the flat. There is a living room with TV and leather couch as well as a recliner chair with footrest, which invites you to relax. A large white sideboard provides space for your things. Here you will find, among other things, various games, books and information material. The living room and kitchen are connected by an open passageway. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is not only enough crockery, but also a fridge with a separately opening freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and other useful kitchen gadgets. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a couch as well as a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a modern shower, large mirror and an exhaust system. In the hallway as well as in the bedroom you have enough possibilities to hang up or store things.
In the courtyard, where you will always find a shady spot even on hot summer days, you have a covered seating area with a barbecue at your disposal. You can store bicycles or children's vehicles that you have brought with you. Free parking is possible in front of the house on the street. If your vehicle requires special protection, it can also be parked in the enclosed courtyard.

The holiday flat allows you to find a good balance between peace and pulsating life
There are several restaurants in the vicinity of the holiday flat, and there are also wonderfully located dining options in the wider city area as well as in the surrounding area. You will find more details in the information leaflet in the house. A bakery, which is also open on Sundays, is about 500 m away, a well-known ice cream factory "Käthe 21" is only a few minutes' walk away
The Flämingskate, a 100 km long asphalt path with a width of approx. 3 m leading through untouched nature, allows relaxing cycling or skating tours. Several circular routes start in Luckenwalde, with wonderful restaurants and snack shops along the way.
Luckenwalde has a cinema (approx. 800 m), a swimming pool (approx. 800 m), a forest open-air swimming pool (approx. 1.5 km), a theatre (approx. 1.5 km), a car-free pedestrian zone with various shopping facilities, food markets and a museum. Visitors interested in history or architecture will enjoy the walls of the hat factory and visits to Jüterbog, Zinna Monastery with its monastery complex and Wünsdorf with its bunkers.
There are a number of freely accessible lakes in a nearby area around Luckenwalde. We will be happy to help you find the right location for you.
The holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of Luckenwalde's railway station. Attached to the station is the local library, an architectural and design feast for the eyes. It contains a large children's area, so if the weather is bad, there is a nice, entertaining alternative.
Trips by public transport are a good option. Berlin's main railway station can be reached in about 35 minutes by regional train, which runs every hour until late in the evening. Luther's Wittenberg is also about 30 minutes away by regional train. Potsdam's city centre can be reached in about 40 minutes by car, thanks to the multi-lane Federal Highway 101.

Everything is great!

It is a nice spacious holiday flat, located directly at the train station and therefore very central in Luckenwalde.
There is also a restaurant right next door

There is always free parking in the street, but on regular weekdays, at regular times, there are stopping bans, so you should be aware of that! There are always checks there.

recommend for: seniors, cultural and sightseeing holiday, holiday for singles
