On about 90 sqm living space over 3 floors you can expect:
3 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x 2 single beds), 2 of which have their own TV set
2 bathrooms (1 bath / toilet incl. washing machine and hairdryer, 1 toilet with shower)
1 living room with cosy sitting area, large TV and air conditioning!
1 kitchen-cum-living-room with dining table for max. 6 persons; equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, oven, electric kettle, microwave, 4 slices of toaster, etc
1 shower towel and 1 set of bed linen per person included
small sitting area in front of the house with awning and barbecue possibility
1 parking space in front of the house is available, further parking spaces only according to availability in the residential area
Please note:
We have sleeping accommodation for a maximum of 6 people, 2 of whom sleep in a double bed (140 cm wide).
An extra bed for another person (except 1 infant) is not possible!
Our holiday flat is a non-smoking flat!
Our holiday flat is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.
Pets are not allowed.

Note for cars: 1 parking space directly in front of the front door (which you can also use as a barbecue area). Other cars can be parked in public car parks nearby, subject to availability!
Note for companies:
Accommodation is possible here for a maximum of 5 people. An extra bed is not offered. Plus weekly cleaning € 75 each!
*for each additional linen package required due to a change of staff, we charge € 15 per package. Please let us know 2 days in advance, as we are also working ourselves.
*Should your employees cause additional costs (/garbage disposal etc.) due to non-compliance with the terms and conditions or possible damage to the holiday flat and its inventory, we will pass these costs on to you (in case of damage incl. corresponding documentation).

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Trebbin.
Shopping facilities until 10 pm on 6 days and bread rolls on Sundays are approx. 300 m away.
Our holiday flat is approx. 1200 m from the train station. Trebbin is a small town with about 4000 inhabitants and is located about 20 km south of Berlin on the edge of the Nuthe-Nieplitz nature reserve.
From Trebbin you can reach Berlin-Mitte by train and Potsdam-Zentrum by car (or by train via Berlin) in less than half an hour.
Trebbin is surrounded by extensive forests and various lakes that invite you to go hiking or swimming.
Nearby are the Fläming Skate, Europe's largest skate region, and Tropical Islands, Europe's largest indoor tropical bathing world.
Trebbin can be reached quickly and easily from the Berliner Ring (A10), Berlin/Schönefeld airport or by train.

| Important note: due to rising energy costs, we will probably have to charge an energy flat rate per head/stay from 1 October 2022. We will determine the amount with the still pending statement from our suppliers. This flat rate will be variable, i.e. it may increase but also decrease (depending on price increases). It may also be discontinued altogether if the energy market calms down. We ask for your understanding. For bookings at very short notice, we also accept full cash payment on arrival. Please note, however, that we then charge an additional 1.5% bank fee for deposits. For an additional linen package we charge € 11 per bed If our cleaning company has to carry out additional work after you have left our holiday flat and this results in additional costs for us, we will charge a flat rate of € 30.00 for this work. |
Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 50 days before the day of arrival.
- Eine Stornierung ist bis 50 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei möglich. Bei Stornierung ab 49 Tage vor Anreise müssen wir Ihnen Stornierungskosten in Höhe von 50 % des Gesamtpreises in Rechnung stellen. Bei Stornierungen ab 14 Tage vor Anreise werden Stornierungskosten in Höhe von 80 % in Rechnung gestellt. Stornierungskosten entfallen komplett, falls für den stornierten Zeitraum eine Neubelegung erfolgt.
