Holiday house Verica is located in Mihatovići, and it can accommodate up to 8 persons. It was renovated in 2014. and it's equipped with amenities that will make your vacation unforgettable. It consists of three bedrooms with double bed and one with a bunk bed, three bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The living room has access to a large and beautifully furnished patio-terrace with a seating set, a swimming pool and a BBQ grill. In front of the entrance there is another roofed terrace with table and chairs. The house is located on a quiet location surrounded with many olive trees and greenery. Pets are welcome for an extra charge. The rental price includes free use of the climate, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. MIhatovići is a small village only 7 km away from the centre of Poreč and just 5 km from the first beaches in Porec and famous resort called Lanterna.

Holiday house Verica is located in the small village of Mihatovići, only 7 km from the centre of the town and 5 km from the popular beaches of Porec and the resort of Lanterna. The house has its own fenced garden with pool. The area is pleasant and quiet and close to the sea and the interesting Istrian town of Porec, which will enchant you with your beauty. In a place nearby called Nova Vas, you can find pizzerias, bakery, cafes and food shop. Through the town go cycling and hiking trail. The place is ideal for families with children and couples who want to spend their holidays in a quiet location away from the city streets.
