Villa Martimar is situated in Stranici near Nova Vas, Porec. The villa is ideal for families and can accommodate up to 8 people. Pool, hot tub, well maintained garden,private parking and a barbecue area are available for the guests use. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house. On the ground floor there is a large living area with fire place, kitchen, dining room, bathroom with bath and one double bedroom.
There is a large terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool and hot tub.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom and another bathroom with a bath.
There is aprivate parking in front of the house as well as a large BBQ at the side of the house.
