Newly built holiday home with large covered terrace. The interior is light, modern and offers plenty of space for the whole family. Nature lovers appreciate the tranquility and the many opportunities for walks and hikes. But families with children will also feel at home here. On the large, enclosed grounds you can stretch out, watch the little ones play and maybe even play a game of football. The house is located on the edge of the forest, which makes it quiet and ideal for nature lovers. The Baltic Sea is only three kilometers away, but there are also seven lakes nearby, some of which are suitable for swimming or fishing.

Activities nearby: A perfect base to visit Swinoujscie or Miedzyzdroje. By car or bicycle, there is plenty to do here. Improve your handicap at the golf course about 1.5 km away, the only one on Wollin Island. Kolczewo borders the Kolzower See and the Polish Baltic Sea is not far away. You can easily reach the beach via a path through the forest. You can also take the public bus directly to Kolberg or Swinoujscie, in the summer months the bus runs quite often between the two places

The house is very nice and the owner is very helpful with questions. The country side is beautiful and the beach is really close by. Can highly recommend this holiday home! We really enjoyed our stay.
