Description
It is located in the resort of Wiselka (Neuendorf), which is also referred to as the Pearl of the Baltic Sea. The house is located directly on a 20Ha lake.
The km distant Baltic Sea leads through the Woliner Nature Park.
The house belongs to German owners who speak German, Polish and English. Guests are personally welcomed and adopted.
The house and the surrounding area are perfect for people who want to relax in nature, by the sea or by the lake. On the other hand, an active vacation is possible. Wiselka invites you to activities such as hiking, fishing, cycling, golfing, jogging or walking.
The house is located about 300m from the center, where you will find restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars and shops.
There is a bus connection to the 8 km distant Międzyzdroje, Świnoujście or Kołobrzeg.
Dogs are allowed, but are charged at an additional cost of € per dog.
The price includes linen and wood for the fireplace. The electricity price is € per kWh and the gas price € 3 per m³.
In addition, guests pay 150 € deposit on the spot, which will be repaid after the end of the stay, as long as there is no damage. The price for final cleaning is 50 € on site.
Only one dog allowed per stay. For deviations please inquire.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The holiday home is just great. Everything is there, very clean and really nice and big. The property is large, well-maintained and completely fenced. Great house, relaxing holiday
We booked the house with four people plus a dog and were completely satisfied. The location is great, the property very large and well maintained. We were able to sit in the sun on a small terrace in front of the house. In the evenings we used the wood-burning stove
The house is very well equipped, clean and embellished with tasteful decorative elements. This gives it a personal touch
Mrs Ania welcomed us very nicely and gave us a tour of the house. A small bouquet of flowers was on the table as a welcome
All in all, we enjoyed the week very much and can only recommend the house (which we have already done ;)). This was definitely not the last time we booked this house.

A very successful stay at Haus Mandelbaum
We spent very relaxing, eventful days in Haus Mandelbaum. Mrs Steinberg responded very quickly to our enquiry. Booking the holiday home was uncomplicated. Mrs Steinberg sent all the important information promptly by e-mail and contacted us by telephone a week before arrival, so that no questions remained unanswered before the start of the trip. We received a very warm welcome from Mrs. Ania with a pretty bouquet of flowers on the living room table and a bowl of fresh eggs
The house offers enough space for families or friends who like to travel together. The rooms are exactly as they appear on the website. Everything is very clean. The bathroom on the upper floor is very spacious and offers a lot of storage space. There are good retreats in the house, especially the small living room off the bathroom on the upper floor.
The property is super well maintained. It is in a quiet location and only a few minutes walk from the beautiful lake
In the village of Wiselka itself you can find everything you need. There are several small shops, a restaurant, a café and a pizzeria
The sea can be easily reached by car or on foot. The beaches are beautiful and invite you to take a walk on the beach, swim or sunbathe
The next larger town, Misdroy, is about 8 km away. If you want to treat yourself to a wellness programme, you are in the right place. Along the promenade there are many shopping opportunities, cafés, restaurants and a beautiful small park. The cities of Szczecin and Swinoujscie are good excursion options. When you return to the house after an eventful day, you can relax and end the day on one of the two terraces.

summer vacation
The house is very well equipped. There is nothing to complain about. The garden and terraces are great. We were welcomed by the neighbor and provided with fresh eggs, tomatoes, and plums. Absolutely fantastic!!! Wiselka is a small village with a few grocery stores, ice cream parlors, and restaurants. You can get everything you need for daily use here. The beach is about 1.3km away... Definitely worth it. A hike through the forest. Space even in high season. Toilet facilities and gastronomy available. Bicycle rental possible in the village. All in all, a great vacation!!!! We'll be back....

Świetny dla dużych rodzin!
Mimo, że bylismy w szóstkę, domek z uwagi na metraż oraz rozkład pomieszczeń dawał wrazenie przestronności. Do jego atutów nalezy szereg praktycznych walorów jak kilka miejsc wypoczynkowych na zewnątrz, garderoba, dwie łazienki oraz gustowny, stonowany wystrój sprzyjający relaksowi.
Z pewnością tutaj jeszcze wrócimy! Tym bardziej, ze w sąsiedztwie jezioro, a na plazy cisza i spoķój. Polecam lubiącym komfort i szukającym wrażeń nie tyle w dyskotekach, co w kontakcie z cudowną naturą Wolińskiego Parku Narodowego.

Very nice well-kept holiday home
We have already been to this beautiful holiday home in Wiselka for the 3rd time. The house is very nicely furnished so that you don't miss anything to enjoy a relaxed family vacation. One thing that must definitely be added is that the landlady responds very quickly and you always get competent answers. Also, on-site, you are not left on your own. The caretaker is always available to help and support you so that you can really relax. From the front terrace of the house, you have a beautiful view over a lake located in the village, and it takes about 10-20 minutes on foot through a beautiful forest to get to the beach. In about 10-15 minutes by car, you can reach Międzyzdroje where you have various restaurants to choose from, or you can eat in the fishing district where fresh fish is offered (smoked or fried). So, we can recommend this holiday home without reservation if you want to enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Sehr schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Es war diesmal eine eher untypische Jahreszeit für unsere Familie an die Ostsee zu reisen, wir bereuen jedoch nichts. Lange Spaziergänge in schöner Umgebung, menschenleerer Strand und die gemütlichen Abende vor dem Kamin waren sehr angenehm. Wir hatten in dem komplett ausgestatteten Ferienhaus eine super Zeit! Vielen Dank für alles und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Super Unterkunft
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden immer wieder dieses wunderschöne Haus mieten. Das Haus hat eine super Lage zu Fuß ist man in ca. 30 Minuten an der Ostsee wobei man einen schönen Wald durchläuft. Der See auf den man direkt blicken kann ist auch wunderschön und Tretboot fahren kann man darauf auch. Der Ort Wiselka befindet sich ca 10 Autominuten von Misdroy entfernt . Also wer abends dann etwas Ruhe haben möchte dem kann ich dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Kontakt mit Frau Steinberg war stets super und sehr kurze Antwortzeit.

Hier passt wirklich alles - Danke!
Es war eine wirklich schöne Woche im Ferienhaus Mandelbaum. Von der Buchung zur Hausübergabe komplett problemlos. An dieser Stelle auch ein Kompliment an Frau Steinberg, wir standen im Stau und sind deswegen erst 4 Stunden später angereist als geplant, dies war jedoch kein Problem und wir wurden dennoch mit offenen Armen empfangen. Service, Ausstattung und Wohlfühlfaktor bei 5/5 Sternen.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Das Haus Mandelbaum ist das schönste Haus in der Straße. Es ist vollständig und super eingerichtet. Gegenüber vom Haus kommt man zum See. Hier kann man Tretboote mieten. 100 Meter weiter ist eine saubere Badestelle. Geldautomat, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Zur Ostsee läuft man ca. 10 Minuten an Geschäften vorbei und durch ein Stück Wald. Die nächst größere Stadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Lohnt sich anzuschauen. Der Friseur ist sehr preiswert. Man kommt auch mal kurzfristig ran. Das Schönste sind die frischen Eier, die man bei der Nachbarin bestellen kann. Sie schmecken einfach wunderbar. Vielen Dank für die Schönen Tage an die nette Nachbarin und Frau Steinberg.
