Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 12 years), beach service (2 sunloungers, 1 parasol).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 70 € per object per stay. On request: air conditioning 40 € per object per week. hand towels 15 € per person per change. Bed linen (please order at booking) 15 € per person per first time use and changing.
