The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1980, was renovated in 2014, and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: terrace and garden furniture.

Porto Santa Margherita, 00 m ASL. The holiday flat is located on an open plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking in a carport.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchenette in the living room (walk-through room) with TV, gas hob (4 burners), extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment) and microwave. Bathroom (unheated) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
