Description

Our semi-detached house offers everything necessary for a comfortable and successful holiday. The house has 3 bedrooms (up to 6 persons). On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/WC and on the ground floor an additional guest WC. The fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob, oven etc. leaves nothing to be desired even on holiday. The house is completely equipped with shutters and there are fly screens in front of the windows in the bedrooms and in the kitchen as well as on the terrace. A parking space is available directly at the house. There is enough space to store bicycles in a small wooden house. A trolley is also available for all our guests. In 2021, the daily rent includes a beach chair on the beach of Carolinensiel/Harlesiel. As this is accommodation suitable for allergy sufferers, pets and smoking are not permitted in the house. We ask for your understanding.

Location and surroundings of object

The House is situated on the outskirts of Carolinensiel. Nevertheless it is quietly but centrally located. Just a few minutes walk from the town centre and the Museum Harbour. The beach in Carolinensiel Harlesiel is 2 km and the Spa Centre "Cliner source" about km. Carolinensiel is the Norseebad with the three ports. The Museum Harbour, where is located the well-known Siel port Museum, the Marina and the fishing port. A walk along the Harle connects the original wineyards to the beach in Carolinensiel Harlesiel.

Our rental prices are for up to 4 persons/night. For each additional person we charge 6,00 Euro/night. Children under 4 years are free.
A linen package (towels and bed linen) can be provided by us for 20.00 Euro/person each.
In addition, depending on the period, the statutory guest contribution of 1.50 / 3.00 € per adult or 0 / 1.50 € per child (4-15 years) for an overnight stay will be charged. The current guest fees of the town of Wittmund are always charged.

30 days before check-in: 80% refund; 100% refund if re-rented.

Cancellations are subject to charges. These amount to 20% up to 4 weeks before the start of the booking, for a later cancellation we have to charge you 80% of the daily rental price. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Should the current Corona situation prevent you from arriving, you will be refunded the full tour price.

Feel-good vacation

We were in this very cozy, tastefully furnished holiday home in May.
We felt very comfortable.
Everything was available. We enjoyed the beautiful sunny weather on the terrace.
We would have liked to stay longer.
Surely we will come again.

Vacation in East Frisia

We have now been to this house for the 8th time. Here you can find everything you need for a perfect vacation. The only issue was the access; there were 4 cars with bicycles on the hitch, so one had to swerve into the hedge, which also needs to be trimmed. We are already looking forward to New Year's Eve.

We were very surprised when we entered the house. Everything was there as if we were at home. It is a very beautiful, well-maintained house decorated with a lot of love. Very clean, which is not always a given. We would love to come back.

Wonderful semi-detached house

The holiday home Finger convinced us, everything as described!
Windows with shutters and insect protection, which is rarely found,
made it easier for us to book this holiday home.
The couch in the living room is very soft and made it difficult for us,
as the older generation, to get up.
Lots of space in the house, great view of field and meadow.
During our stay, construction noise from the opposite
conversion of the new windmill design.
If we decide to go on vacation in Carolinensiel again,
we will first ask the Finger family.

Actually a great house....

The house is located quite centrally in the village without much noise pollution. From the terrace, you look out over a wide field. The decor is tasteful and good, and the kitchen lacks nothing. The double bed and single bed have good mattresses.
Unfortunately, the roller blind in the dining room had to be fixed with the lift cord on the window handle so that it stays up. The lift cord on the roller blind in the single room is frayed so that it could not be opened.
The cleanliness downstairs was okay, but in the upper area, we found used laundry, bloody plasters, and, fortunately, an unused sanitary towel !!!
In this price category, this is absolutely unacceptable, and one wonders what you pay for in final cleaning!
We reported the defects to the landlord and the cleaning staff and received an apology email and an offer of a night cleaning. However, we have already carried out this cleaning ourselves.

It's a pity that the house was okay, but these defects are not acceptable at all!

Von den defekten Rolladen haben wir leider erst am Tag Ihrer Anreise erfahren, von den Gästen vor Ihnen habe ich dazu keine Info erhalten. Nach sofortiger Rücksprache mit einer Fachfirma, war es leider nicht möglich sofort einen Termin für die Reparatur zu bekommen. Grundsätzlich muss am Haus alles in Ordnung sein, dazu sind wir auch vom Feedback unserer Gäste angewiesen.
Sie erwarten mit Recht ein sauberes Haus. Wir möchten uns dafür entschuldigen, dass Sie nicht zufrieden mit der Reinigung waren. Bitte seien Sie sich sicher, dass Ihr Feedback an die betroffenen Einigungskraft weitergegeben wurde und das dies nicht noch einmal vorkommt.
Vielen Dank für Ihr offenes Feedback. Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass Ihr Aufenthalt bei uns im Ferienhaus nicht den Standards entsprochen hat. Trotzdem hoffen wir, dass Sie sich in unserem Haus wohl gefühlt haben und Sie bald wieder bei uns willkommen zu heißen.

Very beautiful house.

To the landlord. Very friendly and courteous. You immediately establish a trusting relationship with them. Regarding the house. Very clean and well-equipped. We will not be the last ones here. Concerning the location. A very quiet house. In the back, there are only fields, and there is no through road in the front. You can reach the city center on foot in about 10 minutes. Would book it again anytime. Thank you.

Great house

Super nice equipped house.
Highly recommended
One drawback was that the mattresses in one of the "children's rooms" were very worn out, but that didn't bother our teenager too much.

SENSATIONAL!

We were at the House in Carolinensiel from 16.7 to 25.7.22, and we are positively surprised! The house was very clean and larger than expected. The equipment is TOP! The room layout is great ?? and the terrace with this view is of course fantastic. The cleaning lady was super nice, she called again on the same evening of arrival to inquire if we had arrived safely. Compliments for that. The landlords are also super nice! The location is perfect.

First Class Holiday Home
