Our holiday home in Xanten is located close to the centre in a quiet side street. The market with the Xanten Cathedral is within easy walking distance. The Archaeological Park, the Rhine and the Bislicher Insel nature reserve, an arm of the Old Rhine, are also not far away. The spa park is just around the corner.
A beautiful large garden belongs to the house. A walnut tree provides shade and invites you to linger underneath. A swing and a sandbox are available.
All rooms in the house have been renovated and modernised. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower/WC, the kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and a living room or dining room. On the upper floor we provide a 2nd bedroom with double bed as needed. There is also another bathroom with bathtub and washing machine on the upper floor.
The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and hand mixer. SAT/ TV is available
When renting, you live alone in the house as a tenant/family/group.
For bicycle lovers and cyclists: Up to 6 bicycles can be stored dry in the lockable "stable".
The house is non-smoking and pet-free.

The holiday home is close to the centre of Xanten, has a large garden and is in a quiet side street. The bells of the cathedral can be heard if you pay a little attention. The Xanten market is a few minutes' walk away, as are bakeries and other grocery shops. The spa park is just around the corner.
Nearby and easily accessible are the bathing lakes, the Xanten Archaeological Park, the Rhine and the Bislicher Insel nature reserve. It is a very special experience to watch thousands of birds in autumn/winter in this Old Rhine area.
Cycling on the Lower Rhine or simply taking a holiday, you are in the right place here.

| We are keeping the rental prices constant in 2023. The basic price / seasonal price applies to occupancy with one bedroom (the bedroom on the ground floor). For occupancy with 2 bedrooms (up to 4 persons), the price is 130 €/day (additionally, the bathroom on the upper floor incl. washing machine can be used). We grant a family discount for families with children (up to 10 years): The maximum daily rate is 95 €/day, smallest children stay for free as long as no separate bedroom is needed The visitor's tax is always charged separately. The visitor's card offers a number of discounts in Xanten. For a longer stay (more than one week) please contact us regarding a discount. Please note: The dramatic increases in energy costs require us to charge an energy surcharge from the beginning of the heating period up to and including February 2023. We ask for your understanding. |

perfect house to feel good!
Very quiet location, very close to the city center and to the cultural and sightseeing spots and recreational facilities. We are looking forward to the renovated house, which was already beautiful before!
