The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, renovated in 2019 and is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Porec, district Jasenovica, 150 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 150 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, limited by a hedce and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) in the carport.

Pool
Outdoor pool (6 m x 4 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October. The pool is 22 m2.
