The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Poreč, district of Jasenovica, 150 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 150 sqm garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair and Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 6 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep). The pool is 22 m2 in size.

Bathroom (7 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
