The flats are each approx. 65 m2 in size and consist of a living/dining room with open kitchenette as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Flat 1 has 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
Flat 2 has 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed
The flats are equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
Each flat has its own entrance and terrace with sun awning and garden furniture.
Smoking is prohibited in the flats

The farm is located in the middle of fields and meadows. A footpath to the west takes you to the Geeste reservoir in about 10 minutes on foot. Here you will find restaurants, a bathing beach, surfing and sailing facilities. To the east, the Biener Busch recreation area and the Ems River are a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find excellent walking paths, unspoilt nature and a jetty. In other words, peace and relaxation all around. If you want to explore the wider area, you can quickly cycle to Meppen and Lingen. The Dutch border is 20 minutes away by car. The North Sea is less than 90 minutes away by car.

Great spot for a week.
Good starting point for bike rides and bird watching.
Interesting history of the region related to peat culture.
The house has everything that is needed. Quiet location outside the village.

An oasis of tranquillity in the midst of unspoilt nature
A holiday home where nothing is missing, tastefully furnished living space, spotlessly clean, stylish outdoor ambience, certainly an Eldorado for children to play and romp around in. Our dog also enjoyed the many walks. In this holiday home, two friendly families could also holiday well in the two flats next to each other without "getting on each other's nerves."
Very friendly welcome and care of the landlady. Shopping facilities only about 2 km away, a thousand possibilities to explore the Emsland on foot or by car.
We would definitely recommend this property and would also book a second time.
