Description
Our cosily furnished holiday home is located in a side street in a quiet residential area, close to the sea. Those who want to escape the stressful everyday life will find peace and relaxation here.
The house has a living area of 95m². There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. The bathroom with shower is also on the upper floor. In addition, the house has a guest toilet on the ground floor.
In good weather, the children and/or dogs can romp and play in the fenced garden, while the adults relax on the terrace in the existing beach chair.
Barbecue lovers will find the opportunity on the terrace or in front of the outdoor fireplace, which is perfect for grilling bread on sticks. A barbecue is available and included in the rental price.
In the kitchen, every hobby cook will find his or her fulfilment. In addition to a cooker and a microwave, there is also an oven. The kitchen also has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a blender, plenty of crockery and cutlery, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.
The large living area on the lower floor leaves hardly anything to be desired. So you can end the evening on the couch or warm up in front of the fireplace after a stay at the beach. Board games, children's toys or the satellite TV invite you to spend a sociable family evening.
The sleeping area on the upper floor will make children's hearts beat faster (see photos). The master bedroom has a double bed. In the children's room there is a bunk bed. In the third room there are two single beds.
A high chair for children is available and included in the rent. Furthermore, there are smoke detectors, CO² detectors, fire extinguishers and outdoor lighting.
The house is not suitable for wheelchair users. Smoking is not permitted in the entire house, nor are parties or events.

The house is located in a quiet residential area near the sea. Nearby are restaurants, a playground and shopping facilities
For "bad-weather good mood and never-boredom guarantee", the ² large indoor playground Sturmfrei, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the house, provides. Children can climb, play and romp there even in bad weather
The ferry pier for the crossing to Baltrum is located at the harbour
In addition to a normal bathing beach, there is also a dog beach and a fun agility park in Neßmersiel.
Neßmersiel is also known for its mudflat walks. Most of the mudflat walks in the entire region start from there. The most spectacular mudflat walks are probably those to Norderney or Baltrum.
If the tide does not allow you to swim in the sea, there is a heated open-air seawater pool in neighbouring Dornumersiel. Admission is included in the visitor's tax.

| Our linen package, which you can optionally book, consists of 1x bed linen, 1x bath towel and 2x normal towels. Of course, the beds will be freshly made upon your arrival. The visitor's tax is to be paid on departure at the handover of the keys. Tolle Ausstattung
Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns besonders darüber gefreut, dass die Vermieter viele Spiele und Bücher zur Verfügung stellen. Bei „Schmuddelwetter“ war es herrlich, am Kamin zu sitzen, einen warmen Kakao zu trinken und gemeinsam zu spielen und Waffeln zu backen.

Absolute Entspannung
Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub mit unseren Hunden gehabt. Im Haus war alles was man braucht, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Auf der Terrasse kann man schon ab morgens die Sonne genießen und die Hunde können wunderbar im eingezäunten Garten spielen. Zudem ist das Meer gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Landschaft ist wunderbar für Radtouren geeignet.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Einfach wohlfühlen und entspannen
Eine Auszeit vom stressigen Alltag... in diesem Haus fällt es einem sehr leicht.
Die Ausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit des Hauses ist sehr gut, dafür gebe ich 5 Sterne, denn mir hat nichts gefehlt. Ich habe mich regelrecht vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Am schönsten ist es im gemütlichen Strandkorb mit Blick in den Garten zu entspannen. Zugegeben im März recht kühl, aber warm eingepackt ist es sehr gemütlich. Der Strand ist fußläufig (für jemanden der gerne spazieren geht) oder mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Es gibt auch ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, sodass man auch mit dem Auto hinfahren kann. Zum Spaziergang eignen sich auch die nahegelegenen Salzwiesen.
Am Anfang der Straße befindet sich ein irischer Pub. Dort wird wechselndes Liveprogramm gespielt, man kann dort gemütlich etwas trinken und auch essen.
Da ich außerhalb der Saison dort war, war es sehr ruhig in den umliegenden Häusern. Aber durch den eingezäunten Garten der hinter dem Haus liegt denke ich, dass man auch während der Hauptsaison, wenn die umliegenden Häuser auch vermietet sind, trotzdem die Ruhe genießen kann.
Ich habe für dieses Jahr noch eine Woche Urlaub in diesem Haus gebucht und empfehle es sehr gerne weiter, denn auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert. Vor der Buchung und während des Aufenthalts hat man immer einen Ansprechpartner.
Fazit: Schönes Haus, nette Vermieter, super Lage in Strandnähe und ein urgemütlicher Strandkorb im Garten. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten (und wahrscheinlich nicht letzten) Urlaub.
