Description
The holiday flat is designed for max. 6 persons and is located on the upper floor of a detached house + consists of 3 bedrooms, a lounge - kitchen corner and bathroom with shower and tub.
Bedroom 1: double bed or two single beds with distance between them
Bedroom 2: large double bed - an additional single bed is also possible!
Bedroom 3: bunk beds
WLAN and satellite TV in all rooms
The area is available for your sole use+ covers a total of approx. 55 sqm. Well suited for fitters or families, holidaymakers all year round for rent! For long term rent price VB!!!
There are simple cooking facilities (ceramic hob) + oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine...the bathroom is tiled and modern with shower and bath. Smoking is prohibited in the entire house - please only in the garden corner.
The stay is not recommended for small children because of the stairs, as there is no extra child safety lock. For children from 14 years price as for adults, for smaller children a special price can be agreed!

Thank you for the great accommodation!
I can only recommend it, price/performance is great, the installers slept well and were very satisfied, the hostess was very friendly and helpful! It is simple but clean and practically furnished, everything you needed was there.

Wonderfully accommodated

We felt everything was really good, both the organization, the comfortable beds, and the whole environment. Since we are not spoiled, we missed no luxury. However, we did feel that the hostess doing the dishes for us was a luxury! Thank you once again for everything, we would love to come back.

Here, no vacation apartment is rented, as it is neither a separate apartment nor does it have a living room and kitchen. It consists only of a bathroom and 3 freely accessible sleeping rooms converted from rooms on the landlord's upper floor. Bedroom 1 consists of a bunk bed, a wardrobe with taped doors, a microwave, and a kettle. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and 2 large wardrobes, both taped shut with duct tape. Bedroom 3 consists of a double bed, a kitchen table with 2 chairs, a wardrobe, 2 open shelves with dishes, a microwave, and a toaster. The so-called kitchen is a small mini-eating area with a refrigerator on which a mobile oven stands and 2 open shelves with dishes, on one of which there is a mobile hot plate. The whole thing is located in the hallway, directly in front of the stairs and does not even have a sink. The dishes must be washed in a plastic bowl in the bathtub or placed by the landlord at the bottom of the stairs. In the hallway in front of the bedrooms, the landlord stores personal items in boxes and on a shelf. One hallway wall is full of family photos. In bad weather, you should take off your shoes before the stairs and use guest shoes. All the furniture is carelessly thrown together, giving the whole place a shabby impression. 45 years ago, something like this would have passed as a holiday apartment on the Baltic Sea, but in 2024, one can and must not offer such a thing. As a youth hostel room for one night at €10.00, it would still be acceptable, but to label this as a holiday apartment and charge around €90.00 for the night is absolutely outrageous. We, in any case, only looked at the "apartment" and then took a hotel room and did not occupy the apartment at all. The landlord reacted to our criticism regarding this with incomprehension and partly rude behavior. Feel free to contact at 0172 390 86 84.

Sie hatten vom 27. bis 31.12.24 kurzfristig die Wohnung bekommen-für einen Spottpreis- 23.- € pro Nacht(!!!!) - und wussten, dass es kein Luxusquartier ist, deshab ist es ja auch preiswerter. Ihre Lügen sind unerträglich. In jeder Jugendherberge bezahlen Sie mehr und leben in 4-Bettzimmern, ohne Küchenteil. Sie mussten überhaupt nicht abwaschen und haben nur versäumt, sich den Text durchzulesen! Und ich bin zu allen Gästen immer sehr freundlich und nett. es waren Sie und Ihre Familie, die unverschämt und unhöflich waren.
Ich hoffe, Sie sind trotzdem gut ins neue Jahr gekommen.

Employees were very satisfied.
Our 4 employees have now stayed with you 3 times and were really satisfied. The beds were comfortable and everything they needed was there. Parking also worked wonderfully, thank you very much!
