Description
The holiday flat is designed for max. 6 persons and is located on the upper floor of a detached house + consists of 3 bedrooms, a lounge - kitchen corner and bathroom with shower and tub.
Bedroom 1: double bed or two single beds with distance between them
Bedroom 2: large double bed - an additional single bed is also possible!
Bedroom 3: bunk beds
WLAN and satellite TV in all rooms
The area is available for your sole use+ covers a total of approx. 55 sqm. Well suited for fitters or families, holidaymakers all year round for rent! For long term rent price VB!!!
There are simple cooking facilities (ceramic hob) + oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine...the bathroom is tiled and modern with shower and bath. Smoking is prohibited in the entire house - please only in the garden corner.
The stay is not recommended for small children because of the stairs, as there is no extra child safety lock. For children from 14 years price as for adults, for smaller children a special price can be agreed!

Wonderful accommodation
We would just like to leave a brief note that we were very pleasantly surprised to find such a great accommodation for the price. We had 6 wonderful days in Dresden and slept very well and comfortably! Thank you also for the friendly advice on which destinations we could visit.

We were satisfied!
The house is very conveniently located and yet really quiet. We slept like babies! You can get to the city centre very quickly by train and the shopping facilities are also very conveniently close by. Angelica is very friendly, she gave us lots of tips for excursions and we could even have a barbecue in the garden. It was a lovely holiday here and we will definitely be back.

A super week
We were here with our 3 children and are thrilled! Price-performance ratio and friendliness were unbeatable. Very nice and everything we needed was there and we slept very well - which is rare otherwise. The location is also very quiet, although you can get to the city centre very quickly. The hostess was very nice and child-friendly! We can only recommend!!! ;-)

Schöne, helle Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Wir waren für 3 Nächte bei Frau Leichsenring und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Da wir kein Auto haben, sind wir mit der Bahn gereist und waren auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angewiesen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral und wir waren innerhalb weniger Minuten direkt in der City.
Die Wohnung war einfach, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet; uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es sind insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Aufenthaltsraum mit Mini-Küche.
Wir kommen gern wieder; vielen Dank für alles!

Einfach Klasse!
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Dresden. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem wunderbar ruhig. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier wirklich - ein echter Geheimtip! Die Vermieterin ist außerdem sehr nett und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen. Klare Weiterempfehlung

Angenehme Unterkunft
Nur kurz: Wir waren zu Viert hier und haben alles vorgefunden, was gebraucht wird und das zu einem wirklich günstigen Preis. Trotz der günstigen Lage zur Stadtmitte und zum Einkaufen, ist es sehr schön ruhig und vor allem auch sauber und die sehr nette Vermieterin hat uns gute Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
