Our large and bright 4**** star holiday flat (DTV) is located on the upper floor of a two-family house in Norden, probably the oldest town in East Frisia.
Shops for daily needs are nearby (Norder Tor), the beach and ferry port to the islands of Juist and Norderney can be reached by car within 10 minutes.

Top, aber nur, wenn man beide Wohnungen bucht
Mein Mann und ich hatten uns nach einem ruhigen Rutsch ins neue Jahr gesehnt und freuten uns auf den Kurzurlaub in Norden und die ganz neue Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss des Einfamilienhauses! Diese wurde uns angeboten, da wir nur zu zweit anreisen wollten und die hier angebotene Wohnung im Obergeschoss für sechs Personen zu mieten war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und seiner Mitarbeiterin war top. Bei Anreise fanden wir eine sehr saubere und wirklich sehr geschmackvoll und zeitgemäß eingerichtete Wohnung vor! Vor dem Ofen stand ein Korb mit Feuerholz, im Kühlschrank wartete eine Flasche Sekt auf uns! Es fehlte an nichts!!!!! Das Schlafzimer war wohl temperiert und wirklich groß. Das Wohn-Esszimmer war gemütlich, mit tollem Licht und in schönen hellen Farben.
Doch nachdem der Vermieter nach Schlüsselübergabe das Haus verließ, hörte man ohrenbetäubenden Lärm aus der Wohnung im Obergeschoss, da die beiden Wohnungen nur mit einer Zimmertür voneinander getrennt sind. Die Musik war laut (nein, es war noch nicht Silvester!), der Gesang ebenso und es war noch nicht einmal 17 h. Der Vermieter hatte freundlicherweise versucht zu vermitteln, doch wir vermuteten, dass das nicht langfristig "fruchten" würde. So reisten wir nach zwei Stunden wieder ab... Unsere Empfehlung also: Ein toller Urlaub wartet auf Sie, wenn Sie alleine im Haus sind. Mieten Sie am besten das komplette Haus, wenn Sie Ruhe haben wollen, denn es ist wirklich sehr hellhörig.
