Here is the translation to English: The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation of the booked period, no-show, or early departure, no refund will be given. The amount paid can be credited towards a future holiday (no later than 11 months after the booking). Travel cancellation insurance is recommended. The security deposit will be fully refunded.

Deposit of 40% upon booking with signed contract by email.

The tourist tax in Oppède is €3.60/person/night. It must be paid in cash upon your arrival in exchange for an official receipt. Strict cancellation policy: No refund of the deposit unless we rent the house to someone else for the same period.
No refund for early departure and no refund for no-show or cancellation. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which is often already included in your household insurance. The security deposit is always refunded.
