In the heart of Provence
You would like to spend your holidays in a freestanding, cozy house in one of the most beautiful places in southern France in the heart of Provence?
We have created this little oasis in Gordes for you.
On 120 sqm, ground level, we have renovated a stone house which offers all modern comforts for your holidays: 3 bedrooms and a living room with the possibility of an extra bed,
2 bathrooms / shower, toilet, dining room for 6-8 persons, cozy living room with fireplace and satellite TV, wifi access, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine.
The outdoor area comprises of a completely fenced plot of 1900 sqm parking spaces for 3-4 cars, swimming pool 10x 5 m with deckchairs etc. as well as a south facing terrace which they surround trees also provide sufficient shade.
You can have a nice evening with barbecue grills and a glass of rosé. A table tennis table as well as social games round off the offer in order to feel comfortable on this little spot.
Dogs are welcome if they are accompanied by well-groomed owners ....
The house is located in the heart of Gordes - 10 minutes walk - where you have all the necessary shopping - (a larger supermarket is in Coustellet) and a versatile selection of restaurants. Gordes is one of the most beautiful places in France and has won several awards.

The nature reserve Luberon offers numerous activities of your leisure activities such as hiking, fishing, cycling and of course golfing various places in the immediate vicinity. Also Avignon and Aix en Provence (30-40 min) invite you to visit and stroll.
Gordes is the ideal starting point to explore the Luberon and its famous places such as Roussillon and its ocher cliffs, Bonnieux, Lourmarin, Menerbes, Oppede le vieux. L`Isle sur la Sorgte with its extensive range of antique shops and the charming market on Sunday as well as Fontaine de Vaucluse are 15 minutes away. But also a day trip to the Camargue or to Cassis, the Calanques should plan, then make a enjoyable, fun-filled day at `farniente` by the pool ...
Please understand that we can only welcome you from o'clock because of the cleaning. For this reason, we ask you to return at 11 am

Our prices are all-inclusive and the beds are made upon your arrival, as we also provide all other linens for kitchen/bathroom – except bath towels for the swimming pool.
Please understand that, due to cleaning work, we can only welcome you from o’clock onwards. For this reason, we also ask that you depart by 11 at the latest. 00 o'clock to schedule the return of the house
on the day of departure
We request a deposit of 30% upon reservation confirmation and
the total price is to be paid up to 4 weeks before the occupancy date. Furthermore, we request a security deposit of 500 Euros to our account up to 10 days before arrival. It will be transferred back within 7 days.
Cancellation:
Unfortunately, something unforeseen can always happen and force you to cancel your trip. Therefore, we ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee
up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date 50%
