Helping in the barn, collecting the chicken eggs for breakfast and the herbs for lunch and chasing the cats around the Siegfried and Miriam Perauer, the "young Bauersleit" at the Schwingerhof, welcome you warmly. With their love for the land and the animals, they have designed their farm as a place of recreation and adventure for families
Our rustic, comfortable and lovingly furnished holiday apartments for 3-4 persons are equipped with two bedrooms (one bed is a pull-out couch), a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom including shower and WC, SAT-TV, WLAN and (most of the time) a balcony facing the sun. In addition, there is the possibility to book a double room with shower, WC and SAT-TV in addition to the holiday flats.

Our farm is situated on a hill of 720m, surrounded by meadows and forests, with a wonderful view of the Millstätter See and the Goldeck.
Ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the surrounding area, or you can enjoy a relaxing holiday, in a deck chair while the children conquer the playground and get to know our animals. Rabbits, cats, ducks, chickens, calves, pigs, horses, goats and a dog all want to be fed and stroked
Our conveniently located farm in the middle of the Carinthian tourist region Millstätter See offers and guarantees you adventurous, relaxing, comfortable and eventful holidays.
For the whole family, there are many excursion destinations nearby, numerous ski areas, hiking and mountain bike trails, lidos, good restaurants, easy to walk huts and much more.

Perfect for families
Very nice accommodation away from the hustle and bustle with a view of the lake. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get there. Perfect place to relax, the children are busy. They are allowed to help in the barn. You can get eggs, milk, and other farm products. The holiday apartment is functionally equipped. We would come back anytime.

Super holiday
Super holiday. Small but nice farm with very nice hosts.
The flats are very well equipped. Everything you need is provided. Even a pool is available.
Every afternoon/evening there is stable work. A special highlight for the children.
Location is nice away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to Spittal and Seeboden to not feel out of the way.
Absolute recommendation for the flat "Seeblick". The view is really fantastic.
We have already booked our holiday for next year.
