Description

The flat is at ground level (without steps) with a separate entrance and with an all-round unobstructed view of our large garden and the adjacent forest. Our holiday flat is rated 4 stars according to the DTV classification.
Through the entrance area with wardrobe, you enter the living room of approx. 22 sqm with a complete kitchenette, a dining area with a large table, a couch, flat screen TV, radio. Everything is comfortably and functionally furnished.
The bedroom is located in the east, with a double bed - separate mattresses - with open foot ends, with a large lockable wardrobe; the beds are made up.
The bathroom is approx. 7 sqm , with outside window, a large shower with level access, WC, underfloor heating. Sufficient storage space, towel holder, hairdryer, make-up mirror, basic toilet paper and various toiletries. Toiletries.

All windows in the flat have insect screens and external blinds.

You will find plenty of space for rest and relaxation in our large colourful garden, with a cosy summer house and the adjacent forest.

The car parking space with carport for our guests is directly in front of our house.

Mobile phone reception , no WLAN in the house !

Our holiday flat is located on the edge of the forest in Neuloipfering (no through traffic) in the municipality of Eging am See/Landkreis Passau.
You can reach the centre of Eging am See via a footpath of approx. 1.5 km. Nearby are three restaurants with beer gardens, as well as the western town of Pullman City.
Eging am See is an ideal starting point for excursions, to the three-river city of Passau, Regensburg, the Bavarian Forest National Park with the famous Glass Route and many other interesting destinations.

Not far from Eging m See are attractive destinations in the Czech Republic and Austria, the picturesque UNESCO city of Krumau on the Vltava or the Mozart city of Salzburg and boat trips on the Danube. In the south of the Bavarian Forest, in the midst of a varied low mountain range landscape, lies the climatic health resort of Eging
In Eging am Se you will find shopping markets, pharmacies, doctors, banks, post office, inns, bicycle rental etc.
The Eginger See lake promises year-round bathing pleasure; the "Sonnen-Therme" with granite sauna landscape, massage and wellness practice.
At the beautiful "Eginger See" with its long Mediterranean sandy beach and the picturesque spa park you can swim, boat, fish and hike. Eging has terrain spa trails and very beautiful cycle paths to keep you fit for body and soul. New since spring 2006: The family-friendly Danube-Ilz cycle path, about 45 km long, runs along the former railway line directly through Eging am See. Mostly asphalted, it offers real pleasure for young and old, cycling quickly where trains once ran.

Vacation apartment

Highly recommended. The reception was so warm that we felt comfortable right away. Super nice quiet location. Equipment in the apartment is top-notch. We will definitely come back.

We are happy to come back.

We were received very warmly.
The apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished with everything you need.
Mrs. Resch and Mrs. Krämer are always available if questions arise.
The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac directly by the forest. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Shopping options are nearby, and there are also restaurants around the corner with a good price-performance ratio for your culinary needs. We felt very, very comfortable and would love to come back.

A dream

We have been to the vacation apartment several times and enjoy every minute there. Very quiet, yet perfectly located with a restaurant/biergarten around the corner, the Western town a few minutes' walk away, and the town of Eging with shops, supermarkets, etc., about 1 KM away. The apartment is well-equipped with attention to detail, and Mrs. Krämer is the best landlord one could wish for!
