Description
The ground floor apartment has a living room with sofa, living room cupboard with German SAT TV. Dining room table and 2 chairs
The kitchen is equipped with built-in cupboards, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, built-in stove with oven, coffee machine, toaster and all dishes.
The bathroom consists of washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower.
The 2 bedrooms each have 1 bed of x and various cupboards.
Some of the cupboards are privately occupied by us, we ask you to respect this.
You have enough space to store your clothes and belongings.
Extra beds or baby cot is not possible.
Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment.
In front of the apartment there is a winter garden and a tiled front garden with a garden shed.
In the apartment there are 2 air conditioners and 3 ceiling fans.
Parking is free of charge according to availability in the residential street
It is not allowed to have parties in the apartment. Attention should be paid to the night's rest (22 hrs - 9 hrs).

| Electricity costs will be charged with 0,20 Euro per kWh extra (because of air conditioning) and have to be paid in cash at the property management on departure. The deposit is to be paid immediately in cash upon arrival and handover of the keys. It will be paid back by the property management on the day of departure when the keys are returned, if nothing has been damaged in the apartment. The travel resignation requires the written form. The rental contract only refers to the duration of the agreed booking period. The lessor cannot be held liable for cases of force majeure or the consequences of the influence of third parties. The landlord does not assume any liability for the property of the tenants. By signing the rental agreement, the tenant declares for himself and all accompanying persons that the stay in the apartment, on the property and in the pool area is at his own risk and that the parents are liable for their children. Super accommodation!
Beautiful accommodation with a great location! Very well equipped, super service. Everything you need is available. The price-performance ratio is excellent! There is nothing negative to report, I can only recommend this flat.
