Description
The house (built in 2006) pleases with its clear, open design, tasteful, light interior colours and the feeling of living in a "house in the green", as it borders directly on the small forest of the Hohwachter Kurpark at the rear. The beach is approx. 250 m away (approx. 3 minutes' walk).
The "Haus am Brook" has a living area of approx. 93 m², which is divided on the ground floor into a large living and dining area with an open kitchen, a utility room, a guest toilet and a separate cloakroom. The flooring consists of terracotta tiles. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and corner bath. Except for the bathroom, all floors are covered with real wood parquet.
Numerous renovation works were carried out in 2018 / 2019.

The lovingly furnished holiday home is located in a quiet residential street, only a 3-minute walk (approx. 250 m) from the Baltic Sea beach. At the rear, the "Haus am Brook" borders directly on the small forest of the Hohwachter Kurpark. The location and facilities make the house ideal for families with children. In addition to a wide range of leisure activities, clean sandy beaches and unspoilt dune landscapes invite you to linger and go for walks in and around Hohwacht.

Simply top
We stayed at Haus am Brook/Hohwacht in September 2021 and it was wonderful. The house itself was in great shape, there was practically nothing missing. Everything was clean and in good working order
My brother and I just wanted to relax for a few days, go fishing and unwind, which we did with the house! In the meantime, our sister and her boyfriend came to visit us, and they were also thrilled. The beach is just 2 minutes away, but I think it is rather unsuitable for wheelchair users as you have to climb quite a few stairs to get to the beach. Shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. were all within walking distance.
I would also like to praise the nice lady from the noodle shop, the handing over of the keys went smoothly! Here are 1-2 tips: If you want to go fishing, I can only recommend Carsten Fuhl, he has cheap boats (also licence free) and lots of tips for spots. We can also unreservedly recommend the Greek restaurant in Lütjenburg.
Conclusion: Superb house, super beach, nice people, clear recommendation!
