The holiday home "Möwenschiss" is located in an absolutely quiet area directly at the nature reserve Sehlendorfer Binnensee. The holiday home was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. Equipped with a fireplace for cosy evenings and a spacious conservatory, it is an ideal temporary home.
The holiday home has a 1100 sqm garden, which offers children plenty of space to play and romp around. (Trampoline use at your own risk!) 5 separate bedrooms, 4 of them with double beds, a small children's room with bunk beds and a couch with full sleeping accommodation for 2 persons in the upstairs living room. A total of 4 bathrooms, two of which are en suite. 2 living rooms with TV (with Netflix app) and a spacious conservatory with table football, which provides entertainment even on non-sunny days. In the front garden of the house you have your own beach chair.
The conservatory with space for over 12 people is ideal for cosy family gatherings at any time of year.
In the lockable garage you can park your bicycles and charge up to 4 e-bikes at the same time.

Hohwacht has succeeded in preserving the original character of a small fishing village while still meeting modern demands. The mild climate and the healthy effect of the salt water quickly make guests forget everyday life and enjoy a relaxed holiday.
The gently sloping sandy beach is ideal for families with children.
Those seeking solitude are sure to find it on long walks along the Baltic Sea coast or through the numerous forests and nature reserves that surround the village.

Cancellation terms:
- Wir bitten Sie um Verständnis, dass im Falle eines Rücktrittes unser Anspruch auf anteilige Bezahlung des vereinbarten Reisepreises bestehen bleibt. Wir erheben bei einer Stornierung eine Gebühr in Höhe von 100 Euro. Je nach Datum des Rücktritts berechnen wir die nachfolgend genannten Sätze. Bei Rücktritt – bis zum 31. Tag vor Reiseantritt -> 20 % des Reisepreises – bis zum 21. Tag vor Reiseantritt -> 80 % des Reisepreises – danach -> 90 % des Reisepreises.

family vacation
We were with seven people from four households. We particularly liked that each party had their own bathroom. All furniture, dishes, and everything else you need are plentiful and very well maintained. Grilling in the evenings and watching the bats or jumping on the trampoline a bit. No problem at the Möwenschiss XXL. We enjoyed staying here. Oh, if anyone asks, we always behaved in a corona-compliant manner :-)

Grandios
Ich bin begeistert. Kontaktaufnahme war problemlos, einige Tage vor der Anreise würde ich mit allen Details versorgt die ich bräuchte.
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und waren von der Wohnung sehr positiv überrascht. Die ist in echt noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Bildern.
Sehr gerne wieder! Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Betriebsausflug!
