Warm and accommodating hosts. Since we are a slightly older couple (83 and 77 years old), we were assigned the ground floor apartment - no stairs to climb, facilitated unloading and loading of the car.
Solid, functional and well-equipped apartment, insect screens, air conditioning in the living-dining area (positioning closer to the bedroom would be more convenient).
Recommended restaurant about 750m away.
Beach about 2.5 km away, suitable for young and old.
We felt very comfortable during our stay at Villa Luka and would like to come back if our health allows it.

100% recommendation for humans and dogs --- very lovely landlords

We were allowed to spend three weeks spontaneously in August on vacation in Villa Luka.
On the day of our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the landlords Dude and Stojandin Gjorgievki with cool drinks in the garden.
Throughout our stay, we were taken care of very helpfully and friendly. Dude was always a great help to us, whether it was with a stomachache and tea or a mechanic when our car's side mirror broke. This helpfulness is extraordinary for landlords and must be mentioned here.
Villa Luka is very well-kept and clean. The apartments are modern and nicely furnished. A great cooling air conditioning, a large balcony, and sufficient parking directly on the yard are additional plus points.
Our little dog, Molly, was very welcome, was allowed to run in the large garden, and received lots of cuddles.
We felt very comfortable and liked the family atmosphere very much.
We are looking forward to our next vacation in Villa Luka :-)

We will come back gladly.

The apartment was very clean. The landlords speak German and are always striving to make you feel comfortable.
After a 14-hour drive, we were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable throughout the entire vacation.
The location was great for us. About 10 minutes by car to the beach. In return, you are rewarded with peace and quiet at night, which was very important for me to relax.
If we go on vacation in Istria again next time, we will gladly come back.

Super Urlaub

Vacation in a family atmosphere

We were able to book our stay at short notice and were warmly welcomed immediately. We were also able to switch from the ground floor to a higher apartment after four days, at our request. Everything was clean and adequately equipped. The value for money is very good and the homemade Slivovič is recommended :-) The location in the neighboring town to Medulin (for those who prefer a bit more hustle and bustle) and the proximity to Pula are good. Bakery, small market, and a good Konoba (tavern) are within walking distance in the village. The beach of Ližnjan is only 2 km away, well-equipped and slightly less crowded (except on Sundays). Overall, it was a pleasant stay with friendly landlords, which we are happy to recommend.

super nice landlord couple, extremely clean house

After several years we were guests in this house again for 10 days. If you were to give stars, 5* would be too little. Everything is super clean, marble floors and stainless steel railings. If there are any problems with the TV, air conditioning or shower drain, Mr. I. Gjorgievski is immediately on hand to help. The landlord couple offers a personal approach right from the start and still the necessary distance. We were more than sorry to leave. I have the problem, if I praise everything too much, that I might get problems with my next booking.
Conclusion: Such loving and caring landlords are unfortunately a rarity. Kisses in spite of Corona.

Wunderschön

Villa Luka is an ideal starting point for excursions in the area, thanks to its central location between Medulin and Liznjan. The house has everything necessary, is equipped with all essentials, and very clean. We had two apartments connected by an adjoining door, so our two children had their own space, which was great. The landlords are very friendly and helpful, worth 6 stars. We will definitely come back. Thank you again!

Cordial landlords

In August, we spent two weeks in Villa Luca for our summer holiday. The accommodation was very nice and very clean and especially the landlord couple was very nice and helpful. We were provided with fruit and vegetables from their own garden and had many great days in Croatia. The children were always welcome in the garden.The location of the accommodation was good. A car is helpful famit you can reach the beautiful area and great beaches. We would love to come back if we are on holiday in Croatia again

Super!!

We spent a week in Villa Lukas with my wife and two children. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the owner. She immediately took us to our apartment without any waiting. In the apartment, we found everything we needed. There was Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was also well-equipped with knives, cutlery, pots, pans, and everything you could need. The villa is located in a quiet area, right on the border with Medulin. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the villa. We had a very nice time there and can highly recommend Villa Luka!

Were here for the 4th time this year! I think that speaks for itself!
The facility is very well-maintained, the rooms very clean, and the landlords very, very friendly!
Regarding the amenities, I can only say that everything you need is provided.
Even a barbecue is available in the large garden that can be used.

The landlords are very friendly and keep the villa in a very well-maintained condition. One feels safe and comfortable there.

The surroundings also offer a lot. There is something for everyone. From secluded quiet coves to party life - everything is included. Fun and activities for both adults and children are plentiful in the area. The location of the villa is also very nice, you can reach everything quickly on foot but still have a pleasant night's rest.

perfect holiday in a quiet location

very clean and beautiful facility. Exactly as described. The two landlords on site are super nice and courteous. This is how you wish for a vacation. Every wish is fulfilled. The proximity to Medulin and Pula as well as to Cape Karmenjak is perfect. We had our bikes with us and can only recommend cycling along the coast towards the north from the port of Liznjan. Here you will find wonderful beaches that you have all to yourself. We were thrilled with the house... You can tell that it was built to German standards. All in all, a wonderful vacation. We can imagine coming back here for vacation. Thanks again to the two nice landlords on site. It was wonderful with you!

Holiday apartment or holiday house of the super class

Preliminary remark: Very last minute (within 2 days) we - 4 adults - decided to go to Liznjan for a week in August (!). Internet research revealed a free apartment with an additional double room in "Villa Luca." Doubts were raised if anything was still available here.
The positive surprise came upon arrival: A top-maintained property, a spotlessly clean house and apartment, and a friendly, yes, loving, perfectly German-speaking landlord couple. We immediately liked each other.
The apartment and double room are in a super clean and well-kept condition. If a mosquito ever managed to get into the room despite the fly screen - you almost hesitate to squash it to avoid dirtying the wall. Removing the bloodstain was a matter of honor.
Conclusion: we have stayed in holiday apartments in Croatia many times. We have never been anywhere as beautiful and relaxing as this. We will definitely come back.

shopping facilities: Dinge zu Frühstück und Kleinigkeiten gibt`s in verschiedenen Klein- Supermarkets. Wir fuhren lieber mal nach Pula mit großen "Kaufland" und "Lidl". Da gibt es dann wirklich alles und vor allem preisgünstiger.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Schön ruhig, aber ohne Auto etwas ab vom Schuss. Mit Auto ist aber alles sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen.

free time activities: Es muss sehr schön zum Radfahren sein - uns war es aber zu heiß zum radeln. Medulin hat uns gut gefallen, waren aber in ganz Istrien unterwegs, so dass wir über die direkte Umgebung garnicht soviel sagen können...

shopping facilities: Bei den Öffnungszeiten war zu jeder Zeit alles Gewünschte zu bekommen.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Viel Grünanlage und sehr ruhig. Wir hatten auch ein kleinen Blick zum Meer.

free time activities: in 2km Entfernung ist man in Medulin und dort kann man ordentlich etwas machen. Liznjan selber hat nicht viel zu bieten bis auf Markt, Post und Meer und das kann man von dort aus kaum ohne Auto erreichen.

shopping facilities: Also Einkaufmöglichkeit hat es genug gegeben und es war auch alles günstig :)

Our first vacation in Villa Luka.

In August, we drove to Liznjian for the first time and didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival, it quickly became clear that we had made the right decision. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The surroundings were also well-kept. The apartments were beautiful and highly recommended. With the air conditioning, it was always comfortable during the day or night. When it comes to cleanliness and service, many hotels could learn a lot from this place. They cannot offer more. The hospitality of the hosts is highly commendable. Every wish was fulfilled to our fullest satisfaction. Even upon departure, there was a small souvenir. It was our first time there and certainly not the last.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und vom Appartment ganz oben war der Ausblick wunderschön.

free time activities: Für Radfahrer ideal. Für Familien muss man mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten fahren.

shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Strand, ca 5 Minuten. Zum richtigen shoppen ca. 8 Kilometer mit dem Auto nach Pula. Dort gibt es auch sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie zum Beispiel die alte Arena, die Altstadt usw. Für Motorsportfreunde ist eine wunderschöne neue Kartbahn mit verschiedenen Karts sehr zu empfehlen Strecke neu gebaut sogar mit Übernachtungsmöglichkeit). Ein LIDL und Kaufland befindet sich ca. 8 Kilometer von unserer Unterkunft.

So the apartment was exactly as described and furnished ideally for a vacation. The landlords were very warm-hearted and did not allow us to lack anything, no matter what concern we came to them with – they managed to solve it to our fullest satisfaction.
