This exclusive holiday home is located in Liznjan, a small fishing village in the immediate vicinity of the well-known tourist resort of Medulin. Medulin leaves almost nothing to be desired. Children love this place, sandy/pebble beaches, countless playgrounds, water slide and rides with the shuttle train offer the youngest an exciting environment to discover. One of the biggest highlights is, of course, the family/lunapark. For those seeking peace and quiet, the many bays and secluded beaches offer restful relaxation. In the evening, you can enjoy a stroll through the numerous souvenir stands, visit the Family Park or simply enjoy the sunset in a cosy beach bar and let your mind wander. In the extreme south of Istria, on a small hill, lies Liznjan - an insider's tip of the ideal destination. The coast of Liznjan has beautiful and untouched beaches as long as 28 km, where you can still find a very personal contact with the Mediterranean Sea - a lonely beautiful piece of shore, where you can only enjoy the company of the crashing waves and the chirping of the crickets. A small, picturesque harbour shows us that today, as thousands of years before, the inhabitants are engaged in fishing, and the sea gifts them abundantly with its bounty, which should definitely be sampled in one of the restaurants or homes of the friendly hosts. Another undiscovered jewel is the small island of Levan, which lies off the shores of the village, with a beautiful sandy beach and three inns; an ideal place for the adventurous who want to experience the sea a little differently. Liznjan and the sea that surrounds it are marked on the maps of the numerous windsurfers and divers who count it among the best and most beautiful places for their passion, while the cycling paths along the shore, passing through a landscape of extraordinary beauty, are for all those who have chosen an active holiday. Liznjan is not a well-known and noisy tourist place, it offers much more than the usual tourist places - Liznjan is Mediterranean that you have always dreamed of, and that you can still find and experience.

Family holiday
The house is very clean and well equipped, the pool and garden are well maintained. The landlady is very friendly, the lawn was mowed every week and the pool cleaned. The house is very quiet, directly in the nature and therefore ideal for dog owners. We will definitely come back.

Super holiday with chill and adventure factor
We stayed at the vacation house Joy with 4 children and 2 adults. The house is very clean and has everything from a washing machine to a dishwasher and 2 refrigerators with freezers. The property is ideal for our dog, who doesn't get along with everyone, as it is completely fenced off. The location of the house is quiet. Despite the "cooler" temperatures (around 20 °), the large and super clean pool offered us the opportunity to swim and relax. In Medulin, the supermarket Plodine offers shopping opportunities or in Pula for example Billa, Lidl, etc. Excursion options or leisure activities: Sandy beach Medulin, caves, harbor in Pula, Brijuni National Park, mountain biking along the Istrian coast starting directly from Ližnjan, horseback riding, and quad biking just a few hundred meters from the holiday home, and so on. --> everything was great! Thank you for the wonderful vacation, we will gladly come back :-)

It was one of our most beautiful vacations in Croatia.
The house, the amenities, and the surroundings, a little off the beaten path of Medulin, really appealed to us. The top-notch amenities of the house leave very few wishes unfulfilled. WiFi, cable TV, washing machine, air conditioning, glass grill, and so on. Everything is there. Even small things that are important were there - dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc. - which personally impressed me a lot. Last but not least, let's praise our landlady.
She was always there for us, kept the pool in perfect condition, and helped us tourists a lot, even with paying fines.
I can highly recommend this holiday home and its landlord.
THANK YOU Darina and Pejo, we will surely see each other again.

That's how vacation should be!
We rented this holiday home for four people and have not regretted a single penny. The location of the house is not on the main road, so you naturally have peace all the time. Also to be mentioned positively is the equipment and interior design (everything has been thought of here to avoid having to drag unnecessary material from home). The outdoor area is really well maintained; you can tell that heart is put into the work here. Even though there is a high risk that our favorite will be booked out more frequently due to this criticism: Here, a big praise and recommendation must be given!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Haus befindet sich am Ende des mittelgrossen Dorfes, abgehend von der Hauptstrasse (ca. 80 - 100m Schotterweg). Man hat lediglich ein Nachbarhaus, welches sich allerdings ca. 30 - 50m entfernt befindet. Im Umkreis ist ansonsten nur Natur.
free time activities: Was die Freizeitmöglichkeiten angeht, gibt es kaum Grenzen: Strand erreichbar in ca. 20 - 30 Gehminuten (oder höchstens 5min mit dem Auto), Rundflug über das Urlaubsgebiet, jede Menge (kulturelle) Ausflugsziele in ganz Istrien (zum Beispiel Pula und das Amphitheater).
shopping facilities: Es gibt mit Sicherheit am Strand einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wir haben jedoch den Supermarkt "Plodine" genutzt (ca. 5min mit dem Auto), welcher vermutlich auch die zentrale Anlaufstelle für andere Urlauber ist.
