Only 900 metres from the beach, we rent a comfortable small villa with garden. The house is located in a quiet, safe and reserved environment, immersed in the green of the Mediterranean maquis. It is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
The house is new, comfortable and has plenty of space: a beautiful veranda with a table for eating outdoors from where you can enjoy a pleasant view; a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, convenient countertop and an additional table for those who wish to eat in; a cosy living room with a comfortable leather sofa, TV; two double bedrooms and two other bedrooms with single beds for a total of 8/10 comfortable beds; three spacious bathrooms with glass shower cubicles, parking space.

San Teodoro is a charming resort located on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. Its white sandy beaches, pristine seabed, reefs, and crystal-clear water make it a favourite destination for many tourists.
It is the ideal place for boat trips such as to the islands of the Tavolara, Molara and Molarotto Natural Park. The hinterland also offers environmental itineraries of rare beauty such as, for example, the one to the naturalistic treasure of the San Teodoro lagoon where one can admire the beautiful Pink Flamingos.
It is a place that will appeal greatly to diving and snorkelling enthusiasts, but also to lovers of horse riding, trekking and numerous other sports such as golf, windsurfing and many others
...and after a day in the open air, in the evening you only have to decide where to go for an aperitif before a fantastic dinner.
