The Villetta Pontecino is a holiday home in Sardinian style with idyllic stream, generous terrace / garden with mature trees and large garden. The Villetta is in 'Lu Fraili' di Sopra a nice holiday village upscale. The property is beautifully grown from old olive trees and gorgeous blooming oleander, so that it is almost unobservable from the outside and you can be all to yourself. The lovingly furnished Villetta is surrounded by a romantic garden (1000 sqm), old figs and olive trees and offers 3 spacious terraces. The one covered with sea views to the east, the others with cozy barbecue westward, outside shower and magnificent view in the Sardinian mountains. So you can all day enjoying the sun or prefer to doze relaxed in a hammock between the trees.

A dream holiday
To avoid the Corona blues, we booked our first Sardinia holiday at short notice with Evi and Fritz at Villa Vista Mare.
Everything was very uncomplicated. After arriving by ferry early in the morning, we were able to move into the villa ahead of time. We were greeted by Evi in a friendly manner and she showed us the house and the special features. (The waste separation, for example, is taken very seriously and is not easy to understand) We were immediately impressed by the outdoor area. A covered forecourt with a view of the elevated pool. In front of it the very comfortable oversized hammock. Behind it, the stairway to the house's own deep well, lovingly decorated with flowers and two statues. The rooms of the house are modern and stylishly furnished. TV with all German channels and a Bluetooth receiver for the music we brought with us. The kitchen lacks nothing. A super comfortable double bed is in the bedroom along with a spacious mirrored wardrobe. In our "reading room" a pull-out couch, a large table and a bookcase. The built-in sliding doors allowed us to open the house almost completely. And on top of that a large bathtub, a heat chamber and a whirlpool. We enjoyed the 14 days here very much. And when we weren't relaxing here, the place was the centre for us to explore the northern part of this beautiful island. The most beautiful beaches can be reached in a few minutes and a grocery shop is right on the road on the way home.
Evi and Fritz have really created a feel-good oasis here. It was hard for us to say goodbye. We thank them and look forward to seeing them again.

Pure recreation
The house is simply a dream and we fell in love immediately. The cottage is stylishly furnished with attention to detail. Natural materials were used, which create a pleasant climate. You have peace and quiet in the house and under the olive trees and you can reach the many different beaches and bays in a few minutes by car. Evi and Fritz are really nice, sympathetic and helpful hosts. My personal highlight was the beautiful pool and the property that is not visible from the outside, where you can let your soul dangle. To see and experience something in the evening, it is best to go to San Teodoro, which is about 5 minutes by car. The kitchen is super equipped and offers many possibilities. Just go to the market, buy the wonderful products of Sardinia and cook and try them yourself. Especially in the Corona period, this is a great way to experience Sardinia and still have an unforgettable holiday - without stress. A small but nice supermarket is close by and leaves nothing to be desired.

Dream holiday
This villa was simply a dream in a beautiful location.
The perfect wellness oasis to relax and unwind.
Due to the perfect location, you can also quickly reach the beautiful bays and beaches with the crystal clear water of Sardinia.
Fritz and Evi were very great hosts who were always available to us with help and advice
Conclusion: We will definitely come again! :-)

Fantastic holidays in a great villa
We were one of the first guests to stay in the completely redesigned Villa Vista Mare. After the warm welcome by Eva and Fritz, who were able to give us great tips for restaurants, beaches, excursions, etc. due to their many years of experience in Sardinia, we moved into the perfectly equipped and very stylishly designed villa in natural tones and materials. There is really nothing missing, crockery, kitchen utensils, towels, bed linen etc all in super quality and more than enough available.
It has many great beaches that can be reached in 5-15 minutes, San Teodoro in 15 minutes, a supermarket with everything you need is 5 minutes away. We often used the pool, jacuzzi and the beautiful garden and only went to the beach in the afternoon. Our children and we were thrilled.
