Description

You can reach the center of Schoorl after a 10-minute walk. Here you will find many shops, restaurants, terraces, and supermarkets. The forests and dunes are only 850m away.
A house with atmosphere. The living room has a high glass wall, which connects the living area and the outdoor space in wonderful harmony. The terrace, enclosed by wood, offers a lot of privacy. The house is furnished with attention to detail and offers every comfort. Large comfortable sofa with flatscreen TV; luxurious kitchen with appliances of excellent quality; refrigerator with freezer compartment – everything is provided. On the ground floor there is also the beautiful bedroom with comfortable double bed (180x200) and adjoining bathroom with shower, small washbasin, and mirror. Entrance area and separate guest WC.
The house is all on one level and has its own entrance and parking space in front of the door.

Location and surroundings of object

The cottage is situated only 850 m from the centre of Schoorl and only 850 m from the forest and dune area. The pretty centre of Schoorl offers everything - bakery, organic butcher, large supermarket, all kinds of shops, bike rental, excellent restaurants and cosy terraces.
Through the wide nature area between Schoorl and the coast, only footpaths and bicycle paths lead to the beach. In 5 minutes by car you are at the beach Camperduin. It's a good place to park.
Alkmaar and the IJsselmeer coast are also not far away. From Alkmaar you can reach the centre of Amsterdam in about 40 minutes by train.
