Description
The villa "Seven Oceans" is located directly on the Courtney Canal in the trendy southwest of Cape Coral.
The stylishly and modernly furnished house with over 200 m² offers boat access to the Gulf of Mexico, three bedrooms with two king-size beds and one queen, as well as three en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine. The villa is air-conditioned and accommodates up to 6 people. In the master bathroom, you will find a freestanding bathtub, a sophisticated walk-in shower, and two separate washbasins with plenty of counter space and storage. The living area is very spacious with an adjoining, fully equipped kitchen and features a large TV with Apple TV, allowing you to watch German channels as well.
For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to Listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The dreamlike outdoor area is protected by a large screen and faces west. Look forward to an extra-large heated pool, sunledge, as well as a luxurious outdoor spa, and relax on the comfortable sun loungers or in the cozy lounge area with TV and LED wall fireplace! A special highlight is the advanced pool water treatment system. No liquid chlorine is used; instead, chlorine gas is produced via a salt electrolysis system and added to the pool water as needed through a special system. This means that the water is much more skin-friendly and generally does not cause skin irritation.
Of course, you can enjoy all meals on the terrace in the inviting dining area. Maybe you’ll have a barbecue? With our convenient gas grill, that’s no problem! With the color-changing play of the pool and spa area, the sunset becomes something truly special.
You can reach supermarkets and many restaurants by car in 10 minutes. The holiday home is an ideal starting point for a variety of activities. How about an excursion to one of the well-known beaches in the area? Two kayaks are also available, with which you can explore the area from the water.
Enjoy the wonderful time! With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.
Our guests are looked after by our German property management. They will be happy to assist you at any time with any questions or problems. After your arrival, you will be given an introduction to the house. In the villa you will also find a folder with valuable information about your holiday destination.
A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
