* The outdoor offers a private swimming pool 8m x 4m, a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a lounge corner in front of the living room, a summer kitchen with TV, a barbecue, a dining table for 8, and a toilet. A playground for your youngest with a slide. Surrounded by nature and Mediterranean plants give you a nice environment in calming green colors.
* The ground floor consists of a spacious living and dining room with pool views, a TV with SAT and NETFLIX, A/C, free WiFi, fireplace, and a glass door toward the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with an island, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, and kettle. A Bedroom No1 with double bed 160cm x 200cm with pool view and exit the terrace. Next to the bedroom is a family bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
* The first-floor offers a Bedroom No2 with 2 single beds 90cm x 200cm (can be connected into king size), A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, a balcony with pool views. A Bedroom No3 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, a balcony with pool views. A Master Bedroom No 4 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, ensuite bathroom with shower, a balcony with pool views.
A beautifully decorated villa, with plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax around the house. The drive to Omiš, Cetina river, and town Split is very easy. The villa is perfect for families or friends and there is a shop, bakery, and cafe bar just down the street if you need anything. If you want to become acquainted with Dalmatia in the real sense of this word, with the Mediterranean warmth of towns by the sea, but also the charms of the little towns and the unspoiled scenery of its hinterlands, come away to us, on a journey through beautiful landscapes and delightful towns.

* The close area offers many sports possibilities. Try zip-line, rafting, climbing, paragliding, canoeing, bicycling, and much more (all in Omiš and Cetina river area, 8km from the villa).
Omis is approx. 7 km from the holiday home and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance. A lot of great restaurants, bars, best beaches with very clearly see and all just 10 min drive.
Town Split is 18 km or less than 30 min driving to the center and also is of cultural importance but there you have a lot of restaurants, interesting places to visit and is very alive during the day also evening, so this is the must-see place! On your arrival we will provide a map with all local activities, recommended restaurants, recommended day tours, and other important information, also we can organize unforgettable rafting where you can get a CD with your photos and individual day boat trip to island Brač with its famous beach Zlatni Rat on Bol with the best skippers all to ease your search for your holiday activities.

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, sailboats... and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!

Perfect and very nice and helpful contact
Super nice house with very well maintained pool. Everything very new and beautifully built. The outdoor kitchen for barbecuing and sitting in the evening is also very nice and a real added value. The beaches nearby are very good (inform before where it is good) and Split and Omis are not far (Omis about 10min and Split about 30min by car). You can walk to a small supermarket which has the most important things. In addition, there is a cafe, a pub (with good pizza) and a butcher (who also has other groceries) all within 5 minutes (also walking distance!). The people are very friendly and our contact person Zeljana has been amazing. After we had a broken car on the day of departure, she helped us a lot to organise everything. First a mechanic came to look at the car, then we were allowed to wait in another house until finally her father drove us to Split to the rental car. Everyone was very helpful! We can only recommend it and will definitely be back!
