Villa Delmati is settled at sq meter plot and offers you an exclusive and huge 12 x 5 meter private swimming pool with not-heated whirlpool 2,5 x 2 meter attached to pool , all surrounded by spacious and delightful sun terrace with a grassplot and playground, outdoor barbecue and summer kitchen with covered dining area with TV affording you space to relax both in and out of the water!
The villa is newly built, very luxury equipped and comfortably large, accommodates up to 12 people in five bedrooms, all air-conditioned. There is living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area and total of four bathrooms with shower. Completely covered with free Wifi, TV in living room and in the summer kitchen, SAT, Play station.
Each group is welcomed with a basket filled with homemade products like smoked ham, homemade cheese, olive oil, local seasonal fruits and homemade bread. There is also a possibility to order a traditional dish to be made by the owner, all agreed with them at arrival.
Spacious outdoor offers a tennis court (hard court), grassplot with a playground for children and a volleyball court, fun for everyone.
The ground floor offers Bedroom No1 with double bed 180x200cm and en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No2 with double bed 180x200cm + sofa bed of 1 person and en-suite bathroom with shower
The first floor offers Bedroom No3 with double bed 160x200cm with en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No4 with 2 single beds 90x200cm (can be connected as double)+ sofa bed for 1 person, Bedroom No5 with double bed 160x200cm. Dining area with fully equipped kitchen with exit to pool area, toilet, living area with spacious covered and furnished terrace with views on tennis court.

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, sailboats... and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!

We stayed at Villa Delmati for 2 weeks with our big family (my family, my brother with his family and my mother) and our dog. Fantastic pool, super outdoor kitchen, large property, wonderfully quiet. The children could romp in the pool without disturbing neighbours. There was everything you needed. Little things like squeaky doors were fixed immediately. The house also offers a lot of space inside. The landlady (Ivana and her family) are really great and always approachable
A radiant, warm hostess. There were even fresh vegetables from the garden and one evening Ivana brought over a wonderful meal for us. I can only agree with the other reviews. It is just great. You can't go wrong with this villa.

Dream house
Our group of 9 people spent a fantastic week at the Delmati holiday home. The house is very new, nicely furnished, and clean. However, we spent the entire time directly at the pool or in the adjacent outdoor kitchen. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the nearest larger town, Omis, and 30 minutes to Split. The very nice and helpful landlady runs a café right across from the holiday home, where you can also enjoy a beer in a relaxed atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity, there is also a bakery, a small supermarket that sells everything you need, and a pub where you can get homemade pizza. The on-site tennis court is great to play on (artificial turf). Mention should be made once again of Ivana (house manager), who gave us tips repeatedly. She also organized a 5-hour boat tour for us before Omis and Brac and cooked us a typical local dish as a farewell. Thank you very much, Ivana!

Villa Delmati ist ein Traum! Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist alles in einem Top-Zustand mit vielen tollen Details, insbesondere der Außenbereicht mit riesigem Pool und tollem Tennisplatz sowie der sehr praktischen Außenküche.Besitzerin Ivana muss mindestens genauso gelobt werden, sie ist super freundlich und vor allem zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit bei jeglichem Wunsch oder Problem. Besser geht nicht!

Begeisterung pur
Wir waren mit 10 Personen in der Villa und wurden herzlich von Ivana und Laura empfangen. So viel Gastfreundschaft ist kaum in Worte zu fassen. Ein toller Osterkorb mit Leckereien zu Beginn, ein superleckeres selbstgekochtes, Essen zum Abschluss. Und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes immer für uns erreichbar. Top!!! Die Villa selbst ist auch ein absoluter Traum. Alles mega sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Ein Stück Luxus in herzlich privater Atmosphäre. Perfekt waren auch Lebensmittelladen und Bäckerei gegenüber. Wir waren alle rundum begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein Riesen Dankeschön an Ivana und Laura für eine unvergessliche Woche.

Perfect house
Very big house with perfect location between Split and Omiš. I recommend this vacation place to everyone. Owner of house Bašo is very funny guy and he help us with everything we need. Ivana, his wife is even better.

Hallo,
Wir waren mit meiner Familie in dieser Villa. Es ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Jedes Zimmer ist einzelnd mit einer Klimaanlage versorgt. Jeden morgen wurde unser Pool gereinigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr warmherzig, sie hat uns ab und zu frischen gemüse und obst vom garten gebracht. Es war einfach unbeschreiblichhh traumhaft schöööönnnnnn.

Super Haus!!!!!
Es war einfach ein perfektes, sauberes Haus....Jeder hatte ein Zimmer mit Dusche/WC....grosse Küche....gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Der Pool war traumhaft schön mit der offenen Küche. Für den täglichen Gebrauch gab es eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Konsum, Öffnungszeiten von 6.00 bis Abends. Ivana und Laura waren sehr hilfsbereit um uns unseren Urlaub zu verschönern. Omis und Split sind mit dem Auto in kürzerster Zeit zu erreichen, herrliche Strände. Vielen Dank!!!

Traumhaus mit Traumvermietern! 2. Versuch
Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein TRAUMHAUS!
Das Haus ist nagelneu, hat große, modern und stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit insgesamt 4 Bädern und richtig guten Betten. Jedes Bad mit einer großen, hervorragenden Dusche (Raindance!). Alles klimatisiert und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Küche voll ausgestattet und mit viel Fläche für mehrere Personen. Alle Geräte vorhanden und hochwertig.
Der absolute Hammer kommt im Außenbereich. Ein riesiger Pool mit angrenzendem Whirlpool. Ante, der Hausherr, reinigt diesen jeden Tag. Der gesamte Bereich um den Pool mit großen hellen Fliesen (siehe Bilder). Einfach toll. Die Aussenküche ebenfalls sehr geräumig, komplett ausgestattet und für 12 Personnen großzügig bemessen. Wir haben in den 2 Wochen nur draußen gekocht und gegessen und jede Minute genossen. Bei Bedarf kann man auch den großen Fernseher für ein public viewing verwenden. Der Grill ist ebenfalls riesig und super sauber, gereinigt vom Hausherrn. Toll!
Des weiteren gibt es zwei Rasenflächen und den Tennisplatz. Tagsüber war es uns zu heiß, dann haben wir halt abends bei Flutlicht bis Mitternacht Tennis und Badminton gespielt. Es stört ja sonst niemanden. Luxus pur.
Lage: Der Ort selbst ist eigentlich nicht wahrnehmbar. Obwohl das Haus an der Durchgangsstraße nach Split liegt ist es ruhig, nachts sogar sehr ruhig. Nachbarn gibt es nicht wirklich. So haben wir auch keinen gestört. Direkt über die Straße ist das Cafe der Vermieter. Ivana und Ante sind immer erreichbar und bei Bedarf sofort vor Ort. Ebenfalls direkt über die Straße ist ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Tante Emma-Laden für den täglichen Bedarf. Sehr praktisch und von 7.00 bis 21.00 Uhr offen. Omis: 10 Autominuten, Split 20 Minuten.
Die Vermiter: Ivana (spricht gut deutsch!) und Ante haben wir schnell ins Herz geschlossen. Sie kümmern sich wirklich von Herzen um ihre Gäste, helfen mit Rat und Tat, spendieren Obst, Gemüse, Kuchen und sogar ein Abendessen! Wir bleiben in Kontakt.

Die 2 Wochen in Tugare, in diesem traumhaft schönen Haus mit sehr großem Pool waren für uns ein unvergeßlches Erlebnis. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen ( gut markiert) und Ausflüge. Eine Bäckerei und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft auf der gegenüberliegeden Straßenseite gestalten den Einkauf sehr streßfrei.
Absolut herausragend war die Herzlichkeit mit der wir von der Vermieterin und ihrer Familie aufgenommen wurde.

Tolle Zeit
Wir waren eine Woche in diesem herrlichen Feriendomiziel.
