Villa Delmati is settled at sq meter plot and offers you an exclusive and huge 12 x 5 meter private swimming pool with not-heated whirlpool 2,5 x 2 meter attached to pool , all surrounded by spacious and delightful sun terrace with a grassplot and playground, outdoor barbecue and summer kitchen with covered dining area with TV affording you space to relax both in and out of the water!
Very luxury equipped and comfortably large, accommodates up to 12 people in five bedrooms, all air-conditioned. There is living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area and total of four bathrooms with shower. Completely covered with free Wifi, TV in living room and in the summer kitchen, SAT, Play station.
Spacious outdoor offers a tennis court (hard court), grassplot with a playground for children, fun for everyone.
The ground floor offers Bedroom No1 with double bed 180x200cm and en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No2 with double bed 180x200cm + sofa bed of 1 person and en-suite bathroom with shower
The first floor offers Bedroom No3 with double bed 160x200cm with en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No4 with 2 single beds 90x200cm (can be connected as double)+ sofa bed for 1 person, Bedroom No5 with double bed 160x200cm. Dining area with fully equipped kitchen with exit to pool area, toilet, living area with spacious covered and furnished terrace with views on tennis court.

The nearest restaurants are 6 km far . There are some local konoba (traditional restaurants) in 3km that works on orders, there a possibility to order some fast food dishes like pizza or similar (50 m far).There is also a possibility to order some traditional dishes where local catering service allows you to bring our traditional cuisine directly to villa.

| NOTE: The Pool is open from April till November. The villa has air conditioning in all 5 rooms and 2 in the living area. The blue toilet has electric heating and the 2 rooms on the ground floor with a bathroom have underfloor heating. We offer from December till March a 20% discount for a stay of 28 days and more. We offer from March till June and from September till November 10% discount for a stay of 28 days and more. |

• 40% of total booking price if canceled 7 days after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date

• 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date
• Guest can cancel for free in 7 days after paying Booking deposit (owner makes fully refund)

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, sailboats... and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!
NOTE: the pool and whirlpool is not in use in period from November till April

Dreamlike
We stayed at Villa Delmati for 2 weeks with our big family (my family, my brother with his family and my mother) and our dog. Fantastic pool, super outdoor kitchen, large property, wonderfully quiet. The children could romp in the pool without disturbing neighbours. There was everything you needed. Little things like squeaky doors were fixed immediately. The house also offers a lot of space inside. The landlady (Ivana and her family) are really great and always approachable
A radiant, warm hostess. There were even fresh vegetables from the garden and one evening Ivana brought over a wonderful meal for us. I can only agree with the other reviews. It is just great. You can't go wrong with this villa.

Dream house
Our group of 9 people spent a fantastic week at the Delmati holiday home. The house is very new, nicely furnished, and clean. However, we spent the entire time directly at the pool or in the adjacent outdoor kitchen. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the nearest larger town, Omis, and 30 minutes to Split. The very nice and helpful landlady runs a café right across from the holiday home, where you can also enjoy a beer in a relaxed atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity, there is also a bakery, a small supermarket that sells everything you need, and a pub where you can get homemade pizza. The on-site tennis court is great to play on (artificial turf). Mention should be made once again of Ivana (house manager), who gave us tips repeatedly. She also organized a 5-hour boat tour for us before Omis and Brac and cooked us a typical local dish as a farewell. Thank you very much, Ivana!

WOW
Villa Delmati is a dream! As seen in the pictures, everything is in top condition with many great details, especially the outdoor area with a huge pool and fantastic tennis court, as well as the very practical outdoor kitchen. Owner Ivana must be praised just as much, she is super friendly and above all, helpful at all times with any request or problem. It couldn't be any better!

Begeisterung pur
We were welcomed by Ivana and Laura with great hospitality in the Villa with 10 people. It is hard to put into words how much hospitality was shown. A fantastic Easter basket with treats at the beginning, and a delicious home-cooked meal at the end. They were always available for us during our entire stay. Top! The Villa itself is also an absolute dream. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. A piece of luxury in a warm, private atmosphere. The grocery store and bakery across the street were perfect as well. We were all thoroughly delighted and would come back anytime. A huge thank you to Ivana and Laura for an unforgettable week.

Perfect house
Very big house with perfect location between Split and Omiš. I recommend this vacation place to everyone. Owner of house Bašo is very funny guy and he help us with everything we need. Ivana, his wife is even better.
