Welcome to our stunning holiday house Villa Carmen, nestled in a picturesque village of Tugare just 8km from the charming town of Omiš and an equally convenient distance from the sandy beaches. With its chic interiors, well-organized living space, and five-bedroom villa in a picturesque village setting, this property is ideal for entertaining groups of up to 10 people and is ideal for families and couples overviewing the natural surroundings of village Tugare. Situated on a fenced private plot of 1.245 square meters, this exquisitely furnished property in Tugare village offers 305 square meters of usable interior space divided into two levels (ground and first floor). It has free WiFi, complete air conditioning, and all the amenities a modern visitor could want for a comfortable stay. The house features five en-suite bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and offering a private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. With comfortable beds and sleek bathrooms, you'll feel pampered and rejuvenated throughout your stay.
The closest minimarket is 650 meters away, as is the Ruky fast-food delivery location, Bašo coffee shop, and the chance to order a delicious traditional dinner in one of Tugare's traditional konobas (further details on the property). Fun-seekers will find plenty to do in Omiš and the river Cetina (8km away), including rafting, zip-lining, riverboat tours to the island of Brač, water sports, and much more. You have the option to schedule extra services, such as a private chef, food delivery, or a masseuse, if you would rather have privacy at the property (all of which are not included and can be scheduled either before or during your stay).
* OUTDOORS: Discover your very own haven when you step outside. It has a large 47 m² (10.5 m x 4.5 m) sparkling private pool where you can cool off or relax on the ten loungers on the inviting sun deck. This outdoor area is ideal for unwinding and taking in the lovely surroundings, whether you prefer to read a book by the pool under the palm trees or take a leisurely swim. There's also a covered lounge area and an outdoor shower. An artificial grassplot with a trampoline for your youngest. A covered outdoor dining table with seating for ten people, a charcoal grill, a counter and sink, and direct access to the fully functional kitchen within are located two steps above the sundeck. There is an air conditioned garage area with a table tennis next to the pool, if you prefer to have some fun.
*The GROUND floor welcomes you with an air-conditioned, roomy, and exquisitely designed open-plan kitchen and living room complete with comfy sofas, a smart TV, and a PlayStation 5 so you can unwind and spend time with your loved ones here. The kitchen features a glass door leading to the outdoor dining area and pool, a dining table, a microwave oven, an espresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, and all the appliances you need to prepare delectable meals while staying here. The Bedroom NO1 has a 180 by 200 king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower and glass door leading to the pool area. Separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing supplies; and a separate family bathroom with shower.
*The FIRST floor offers 4 en-suite bedrooms, each with a king size bed, air conditioning, a TV, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a terrace overlooking the pool and natural surroundings. Bedrooms are very comfortable, offering high-quality mattresses and pillows for more relaxing nights.
