Luxurious holiday house 5 stars Sunny Garden is situated in Barbat, island Rab. House is in a great location just 200 m from pebble beaches, 300 m from bars and restaurants and 200 m from shops. Only 4 km from ancient Rab city center. The ferry port is 6 km from the house.
Total Size of the house is 106 m2 with two separated entrances. The sky roof house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, large 40 m2 pool, terrace, 2 parking places(one covered and one uncovered). All rooms with ambient lights. Air condition and wifi available in all rooms. House has a partial sea view.
First bedroom total size is 10 m2
The bedroom has 2 single beds 200 x 90 which can be single beds or one double bed. Also, there is a wardrobe, work desk, LCD smart TV, designed lamps by Artemide
Second bedroom total size is 14 m2
The bedroom has a large double bed size of 200 x 180 cm. Also, there is a wardrobe, lcd smart TV, iron, safe, designed lamps by Artemide. The bedroom has direct access to the pool and terrace.
Kitchen and dining area total size of 15 m2. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric stove (induction), coffee machine, kettle, toaster, high table, 6 chairs designed by Prostoria, ambient lights.
Living room size is 18 m2. Sofa with 2 extra beds dimensions 80 x 200 cm, fireplace, smart tv with cable channels, Sonos play 3 audio speakers, play station 4, ambient lights.

Location and surroundings of object
Barbat is a quaint little town right after the ferry port. Surrounded by pebble beaches it is known for its fishermen supplying local restaurants. We emplore you to try the famous Kvarner prawn or at least some of the locally grown vegetables.
Famous for its shipbuilders, Barbat is loved among the nautical crowd, while land lovers can enjoy an interesting excursion to the early christian military fort on top of mount St. Damjan.
Barbat has its fiera "Karmenica" which falls on the 16th of July and is well known for its gastro delights.
It is connected to the Old Town by a 6 km long seaside promenade, ideal for a morning bike ride or a jog if you like that kind of thing.

Arrive and feel good!
We, a family of six with a dog, were completely thrilled with the villa. The villa was very clean and tidy, and everything you need was available. The location of the house was very good; it’s only a few minutes' walk to the beach. Super easy and friendly communication during the booking and also on-site. We can recommend the villa with the best conscience. If we come back to Rab, we will definitely stay in Villa Sunny Garden again.

Dream house with great amenities.
We spent a week in this beautiful house. There is really nothing missing. The location is great. The landlords are very friendly. Definitely one of the most beautiful houses on Rab. We can fully recommend it.
