The house has two 3-room holiday apartments, one on the raised ground floor and one on the 1st floor, and is suitable for 2 - 6 people with sufficient parking spaces.
The beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, with a beach bar, restaurant, and taxi boat to the old town of Rab.
Supermarket can be reached on foot in 2 minutes (Opening hours: every day from 7:00 to 21:00).

Barbat is located in the south of the island and is the first place you encounter after Misnjak (ferry). There is a variety of landscape, narrow sand and shingle beaches and overlooking the resort, on the mountain hl. Damjan, are the remains of an early Christian church and a Greek fortress. ,

Super holiday with lovely trips.
We stayed with 2 children and a dog in the accommodation. There is nothing to complain about, we received great tips for beaches and restaurants. We would love to come back.

Very nice flat, great holiday
Holiday in an above average clean, nicely and practically furnished flat. Very friendly and helpful landlords. Safe and good parking directly at the house. Shopping facilities just across the road. Restaurants with very tasty food within walking distance. In Rab town you can go for a leisurely stroll. The cappuccino is also delicious. You can take the boat taxi for little money and save yourself the trip by car and the search for a parking space
All in all, a very relaxing and beautiful holiday.

Very nice flat
The flat corresponds to the pictures and is very homely furnished. The kitchen was equipped with everything, so self-catering was like being at home
Very well maintained and clean
Landlord lives in the house, friendly contact.
Supermarket close by.
The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the sleeping area.
We had a great time and would recommend it to others.

Great, modern house. Very clean, cozy, lovingly decorated and well-maintained. Very nice landlords. Shopping possibilities in close vicinity. Beach and good restaurants within walking distance. We come back every year for years.
