Description
Holiday house for 6 persons with private pool is situated near the city center of Silo and just 300 m from a sandy beach. The total size of the house is 115 m2. Holiday house has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and toilet, terrace, balcony and private parking place. There is also 300 m2 of fenced garden. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, fridge with freezer and table for 6 persons. On the ground floor is a living room with Sat tv, bathroom with shower and extra toilet. There is also a game room size 25 m2 with a PlayStation, children's corner and table soccer.
On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub and washing machine. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds. Every room has air-condition and sat tv. On the first floor is also a balcony (25 m2), two bedrooms have an exit on the balcony. From 2022 house has a swimming pool size 25 m2 (size 6,60 x4,00 m, depth 1,35 m). By the house is a parking place. House is located just 100 m from the shop and 200 m from the restaurant. Also, just 150 m from the house is the modern gym which can be used during the whole year ( not included in price).
In price included a weekly change of bed linen, towels, wireless Internet, air-conditioning and final cleaning.

: Super nice
: We were four in this beautiful and very well-equipped house. You really won't miss anything here, the house is located in a quiet but still central area. It's a 2-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and about 5 minutes to the nearest beach. It's ideal for families with children/teenagers. Dogs are also welcome and can move freely on the fenced property. The owner, Mr. Holek, is very nice. Thank you for this relaxing and beautiful vacation.

The house is very well maintained and well equipped! The landlord was always available and very helpful

Wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub
Es hat für uns alles gepasst. Wir haben uns gleich „zuhause“ gefühlt.
Ein „eigener“ Pool war ein Traum von uns, den wir bei durchgehend schönen Wetter viel genutzt haben.
Das Haus liegt zentral, man ist zu Fuß schnell in dem kleinen Supermarkt sowie am Meer oder in einem Restaurant. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Meer dort ist traumhaft und der Hundestrand war richtig schön.
Zwei Verbesserungen hätte ich doch anzumerken.
Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und Balkontüren (wegen den vielen Stechmücken) und ein zweiter Sonnenschirm für die Essecke im Freien.
Herr Holek hat uns eine Tour durch Rijeka angeboten, die wir gerne angenommen haben :-)
Ein gelungener Urlaub in dem wir uns gut erholen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. LG

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es hat uns gut gefallen, der Weg zum Hundestrand war etwas weiter weg aber dieser war sehr schön.
Die Betten waren bequem und das Haus war gut ausgesattet,
nur Liegen hätten noch auf dem schönen Grundstück sein können.
Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Gerne wieder:)

Schönes Haus
Schöne Haus. Gemütlich. Zum Strand geht es die Straße runter. Zurück natürlich in die Höhe. Oben sind drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Doppelbetten. Und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Oben ist auch eine große Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir waren mit 6 Personen 14 Tage im Haus und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Tolles Haus wie auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Herr Holek ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Strand ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Stadt Silo ist eine kleine Stadt sehr ruhig gelegen. Empfehlen kann ich ein Motorboot auszuleihen (ohne Lizenz bis 4 Personen Möglich) um die Buchten zu erkunden.

The holiday home to pamper yourself
The holiday home was in top condition, we didn't miss anything, we felt really comfortable.
The way to the beach was ok, it should only be mentioned that it was a slight division, because who is not good on foot for the way is a bit exhausting.
The beach and the place were very clean.

Holiday with children
We have two small twins and can highly recommend the accommodation. The garden is large with great playground equipment and a barbecue. There is a supermarket nearby, as well as the beach. The beach itself is typical for Croatia, a mixture of sand and stones, so you may want to bring your bathing shoes. The road from the house to the beach is a bit steep.
The flat (rather a house :) ) is very spacious, well equipped with living room, open kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms, really very nice. However, there are many mosquitoes around and one or two ants found their way into the kitchen. The latter is not so bad and against mosquitoes helps "Off" (Autan less).
A car should be with you, though, as it makes little sense on foot.
All in all, a great stay!
