In 2013 completely renovated, comfortable, high-quality, modern, child-friendly holiday apartment (approx. 95 sqm) in a central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz, Usedom Island – 300m to the beach – on a sunny property. Terrace, garden, and roof terrace invite you to a relaxing holiday. There is a laundromat in the building. The apartment has a separate entrance and a garden. Child-friendly amenities (children’s play area, cot, high chair).

The Klabautermann holiday flat is centrally located near the beach in the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom
The beach, the centre of Zinnowitz (beach promenade, pier ...),the coastal forest as well as the Bernsteintherme (a seawater swimming pool with a spacious wellness area and beach sauna) can be reached on foot in just a few minutes
Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity (bakery, supermarket, butcher, fish shop, boutiques ...)
The palate is also catered for: restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, Irish pub ... can be found in the immediate vicinity
Shopping to your heart's content is very easy: boutiques, souvenir shops, bookshops ... everything can be found.
In the centre of the village there are also specialist shops, as well as all facilities for daily needs such as bakers, grocers, cafés, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops
The train station as well as a bicycle rental shop can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
