Cosy approx. 90 sqm ground floor holiday flat for up to 8 people in a quiet, central location close to the beach. Terrace and garden invite you to a relaxing holiday
All our guests receive a 50% discount on admission to the OstseeTherme (bathing world, sauna, wellness, physiotherapy ...) !
Car parking spaces are available on the property.
The holiday flat has a spacious living room with satellite TV, dining area and sitting area with extra bed function as well as 3 bedrooms with double beds. In one of the bedrooms there is a separate cot
The self-contained kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker....
The bathroom has a bathtub and shower
Alternatively, the sun terrace can be used as a dining area.

The holiday flat is in a very quiet location close to the beach in the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom
The beach, the centre of Zinnowitz (beach promenade, pier ...),the coastal forest as well as the Ostseetherme (a seawater swimming pool with a spacious wellness area and saunas) are within a few minutes walking distance
Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity (bakery, supermarket, butcher, fish shop, boutiques ...)
The palate is also catered for: restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, pubs ... are to be found in the immediate vicinity
Shopping to your heart's content is very easy: boutiques, souvenir shops, bookshops ... everything can be found.
In the centre of the village there are also specialist shops, as well as all facilities for daily needs such as bakers, grocers, cafés, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops
