Quiet, cosy and romantic holiday home (from 1970) in a small village in the North Eifel / Rursee. 4 spacious bedrooms with beautiful king-size boxsprings, a well-equipped kitchen and a warm living-dining room with a panoramic seating area over the valley with a beautiful fireplace.
The living room
The house has a large outdoor terrace, a beautiful extensive garden. The area is ideal for cyclists, hikers, climbers, (beginner) skiers and people who want to completely relax with a glass of wine and read a book. Enjoy nature and birds!
Modern and comfortable holiday home in a small village of Dedenborn, Simmerath-Rurberg in Germany for 8 people. The holiday home is located in a forest and residential area. Near famous villages like Monschau or Cologne.

Rodney's accommodation is located in Simmerath, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
When you say German Nordeifel, you immediately think of Monschau. A beautiful, picturesque village with lovely half-timbered houses. But the Northern Eifel offers much more than just Monschau! You will also find Brühl, where the Phantasialand theme park is located. You have the Rursee, where you can do all kinds of water sports. You can go to Hillesheim, the town of the thriller. You can start at the Eifelsteig. And you can walk around Vogelsang, a former Nazi camp. Enough to do in this beautiful region! Many beautiful varied hiking routes. Rippling countryside, varied forest and meadow with many (predatory) birds and wild animals.

Beautiful house
The house is really great. The terrace is very big and you have a wonderful view. The garden looks very nice, but we didn't use it because we stayed upstairs on the terrace. With 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets you have a luxury problem ;-)
The landlords are very friendly and accommodating. All in all, it is a very spacious house with very good facilities

Nice family vacation

We are the van der Lingen family, Kirsten & Rodney together we have 1 daughter. Thanks to the work of Rodney we started the adventure in 2018. We sold everything in the Netherlands and then went to the Eifel. We knew the region longer by including the holiday. It seems special to us to stay with you in the house at the climatic health resort Dedenborn. On the mountain with a view of the village and the valley. Surrounded by nature. We spend a lot of time hiking, the garden and the environment and what is also great on the MTB, the forest to go. We hope to welcome you soon in the Eifel.
