From your holiday home you can enjoy an incomparably beautiful view over almost the entire Lake Garda and the opposite Monte Baldo massif. The house is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village and each apartment has a separate entrance. The Apt. 2 advertised here is located on the ground floor and consists of 1 bedroom, living-dining room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with a fantastic lake view. A parking space is available at the somewhat steeply sloping entrance to the terrace or quite comfortably in a garaga about 200 m away from the apartment. Free Wifi rounds off the offer. Dogs are welcome and long walks can be taken directly from the apartment.

Tignale-Olzano is situated above Lake Garda on the western shore and can be reached in a few minutes from the lakeside road, via a beautifully constructed panoramic road. As a recognized climatic health resort and natural park, the south-facing sunny plateau with its lush Mediterranean vegetation is ideal for rest and relaxation. In a few walking minutes you are directly in the centre of Gardola with all shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes, tennis hall and court, as well as doctor and pharmacy. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach Porto Tignale or Gargnano in the Parco Fontanella, two beautiful lake swimming pools (Fontanella has about sqm of sunbathing area under old olive trees).
