Luxurious villa complex in an impressive hilltop location above Chanioti with a wonderful view of the blue sea and the opposite Sithonia peninsula. The eight tastefully and comfortably furnished holiday homes (built in 2014) each have a well-kept garden with a furnished terrace and private swimming pool with hydromassage. Here you can relax with a cool drink and enjoy wonderful sunrises. A resort-owned SPA with indoor pool, sauna and fitness room is available to you free of charge. Various wellness treatments can be used for a fee.
The lively tourist town of Chanioti with its long sandy beach and beautiful waterfront promenade is about 1 km away. Here you will find a good selection of taverns, cafes, bars and shops.

This villa was a dream for our family getaway, Spacious and comfy, just what we needed! The kids loved the private pool, and we enjoyed the peaceful garden, Everything was tidy and well-furnished, The location was perfect for us, close to Chanioti’s lively tavernas but still quiet enough to relax, Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot with nice amenities

We had a lovely stay at this villa complex. The location on the hill was peaceful, and the daily cleaning was a nice detail. Just a short drive to Chaniotis beach and restaurants. Perfect for a peaceful holiday.

This place is fantastic! The private pool was a highlight for us. We spent our days lounging in the sun and our evenings enjoying the local taverns in Chanioti. Perfect for families or couples.

A quiet getaway! The setting is idyllic, with well-kept gardens and a private pool. The staff was friendly and the daily cleaning made the experience similar to that of a luxury hotel. I would definitely return!
