On the south coast of Kassandra, amidst nature, lies the quiet and romantic holiday residence Aegeon, 300 m from the sea on a hill surrounded by olives, pines, fruit trees, and herbs (total area approx. 25,000 m²). All studios have sea view, kitchenette (equipped for preparing cold dishes, no cooking facilities), and bathroom with shower/WC. Footpath to the beach approx. 8 min. Possibility for jeep safari, diving, mountain biking, and wellness / SPA at the Loutra thermal baths. Aegeon is a small family business, quiet and far from mass tourism (only four studios). Supermarkets and taverns can be reached in a few minutes by car (Mola Kaliva / Nea Skioni). The lovingly Mediterranean-designed ambience, the sea, and nature promise pure relaxation and tranquility. We speak German and English.
The studio is individually and lovingly furnished.
Air conditioning, mosquito nets on all windows and the terrace door, fan, and double masonry ensure a pleasant indoor climate throughout the summer. All four studios have a spacious south terrace with wonderful sea view.

Aegeon is situated amidst nature, about 300m from the sea. Due to its elevated position of 50m, there is a wonderful panoramic view of the Aegean. All holiday apartments have sea views and south-facing terraces, as well as many other terraces and a large platia and lounge. Olive groves and vineyards are part of the property.
A rental car is recommended; we are happy to recommend a reliable partner. Aegeon is located on the south coast of Kassandra, the first peninsula of Chalkidiki, between Mola Kaliva and Nea Skioni. Beaches of all kinds, whether secluded sandy beaches for shell collecting, wild rocky bays, or chilled drinks at the beach bar, everything can be found on Kassandra, within about 5 minutes on foot or by exploring the peninsula by car. Taverns directly by the sea or in traditional mountain villages. Shopping opportunities by car (5 min.) Loutra (10 min.). ) offers a spa with a sulfur spring and wellness. Kassandra’s mountains invite you to go hiking, mountain biking, or on a jeep tour. Thessaloniki is about an hour’s drive away (airport, Mediterranean Cosmos, old town, and harbor promenade). Day trips by boat from Kassandra to Sithonia or along the monastic republic of Athos. Archaeological excavation sites (Olynthos). Summer festivals with live concerts in the amphitheater of Siviri (10 min.). Vibrant nightlife in Kalithea (20 min.). Colorful weekly market in Kassandria with typical Greek products from the region (15 min.).

Selected fresh vegetables & fruit, meat &fish from the region guarantee a feast for the palate. Our olive oil is from our own organic cultivation. Wonderful resort
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Aegeon Studios.
This was due to the magnificent view from the private terrace or at dinner and breakfast, the super nice, relaxed, always friendly and helpful hosts,
the excellent dinners and the relaxed atmosphere in the small, family-like complex.
It is not far to the beach, you could walk, but we used the car because the way back was a bit steep. The studios were simple but tastefully decorated. Nice private terrace with good seating and sunbeds. A wonderful place to relax.

Perfect holiday

Beautiful view, great area and right by the sea
The studios are lovingly furnished with everything you need
A car is an advantage if you want to visit the beautiful beaches and small towns of Kassandra.
Sustainability is a priority and you feel completely at ease.
The warmth of the hosts and their animal housemates (dogs and cats) who always greeted us happily after meals, we found wonderful, even as non-pet owners.
The absolute highlight was the dinner. (Surprise vegetarian / vegan meal) We quickly changed our plan to eat in Greek tavernas in the evening and we like to eat meat.
I can't remember ever having experienced such good cuisine on holiday. Our respect to Sabine, who conjured this up every evening on her own.
We will be back!

Dream holiday
From the very first booking contact with Sabine and Michi, we got holiday feelings - everything was friendly, prompt and completely relaxed. When we arrived at the aegeon, the gate was wide open and we were immediately in the middle of our holiday. The whole complex is well-kept and lovingly laid out, the studios simply perfect, not too much, not too little - exactly as you know them from the net. And the two hosts - from the very first moment we had the feeling of having arrived with friends. We slept better than ever before in other people's beds, ate better than ever before and just felt good all around. Thank you, dear Sabine, dear Michi - you are terrific!
The only - tiny - point deduction from us is for the somewhat arduous walk to the next village - otherwise we might have gone without a car more often...

Feeling good from the 1st moment
It was a wonderful holiday in this so lovingly maintained complex. The food is excellent, made from the best ingredients, and there are new surprises every day. The hosts are fun-loving, love what they do, are very friendly, always have an open ear and are nevertheless reserved. Everything you need is there, everything has been thought of. The studios are beautifully furnished, and the special architecture means that everyone is undisturbed on their own terrace, from where you have a wonderful view of the sea.
Dear Sabine and Michi, thank you very much for everything, we will be happy to come back. It is a pleasure to have met you!

A dream
We had a relaxing holiday. Sabine and Micha are the perfect hosts. We enjoyed the countryside and the peace and quiet, and we also took the four-legged friends to our hearts. Dazu beigetragen haben die grandiose Aussicht von privater Terrasse oder beim Abendessen und Frühstück, die supernetten, entspannten immer freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber,
das vorzügliche Abendessen und die entspannte Atmosphäre in der kleinen familiären Anlage.
Zum Strand ist es nicht weit, man könnte laufen, wir haben aber das Auto benutzt, weil der Rückweg doch etwas steil war. Die Studios waren einfach aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne eigene Terrasse mit guten Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen. Ein wundervoller Ort sich zu erholen.

Die Studios sind liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt.
Ein Auto ist von Vorteil wenn man die schönen Strände und Städtchen von Kassandra besichtigen möchte.
Nachhaltigkeit wird großgeschrieben und man fühlt sich rundum wohl.
Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber und ihren tierischen Mitbewohnern (Hunde und Katzen) die uns nach dem Essen immer freudig begrüßt haben, fanden wir, auch als Nicht-Tierbesitzer, wunderbar.
Das absolute Highlight war das Abendessen. (Überraschungsessen vegetarisch / vegan) Den Plan, in griechischen Tavernen abends essen zu gehen und wir essen gerne Fleisch,haben wir schnell geändert.
Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, jemals im Urlaub eine so gute Küche erlebt zu haben. Unsere Hochachtung an Sabine, die das jeden Abend alleine gezaubert hat.
Wir kommen wieder!
Einziger - klitzekleiner - Punktabzug von uns für den etwas beschwerlichen Fußmarsch zum nächsten Ort - wir wären ansonsten vielleicht öfter mal auch ohne Auto ausgerückt...
Liebe Sabine, lieber Michi, vielen Dank an Euch für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder. Es macht Freude, Euch kennengelernt zu haben!
Gerne denken wir zurück an die wundervollen Tage in eurem kleinen Paradies. Wir waren die ersten Gäste der Saison und wurden herzlich von euch und den vielen lieben Hunden empfangen. Sogleich wurden wir "upgraded" und erhielten das größere Appartment zum selben Preis. Gerne schließe ich mich dem Chor der Schwärmenden an. Der Urlaub war wirklich außergewöhnlich! Was bei den anderen Bewertungen noch nicht so stark erwähnt wurde, möchte ich gerne hinzufügen: Auf ganz unkomplizierte Art und ohne Abstriche im Komfort wird bei euch das Prinzip der Nachhaltigkeit verfolgt. Wäre es doch überall so!!!
1. Es gibt zum Beispiel keinen Pool- wozu auch- das klare Meer ist so nah
2. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage- wozu auch- mit den Mückengittern überall, kann man (gegebenenfalls mit geschlossenen Fensterläden) die Fenster immer offen halten um eine leichte Brise einzufangen
3. Es gibt kein Büfett - wozu auch- so wird nichts vom Essen weggeschmissen. Es ist alles sowieso soooo köstlich, dass man nichts übrig lassen kann.....
4. Man ist nicht an eine Halbpension gebunden, also kann man auch außerhalb essen, wie man lustig ist.
Wir werden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen.

Schon beim Aussteigen waren wir von der Aussicht auf das Meer und die üppige Vegetation überwältigt... die Lage ist wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig auf einer kleinen Anhöhe ohne Nachbarn. Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen für Einkäufe und auch um sonst die Halbinsel zu erkunden.
Die Studios sind gepflegt und sauber und haben bei uns ein Gefühl von "zuhause sein" vermittelt, weil sie sehr liebevoll gestaltet sind und alles haben was man braucht. Und ganz wichtig: Die Betten, bzw. Matratzen sind sehr gut!
Die Vermieter, Sabine und Michi sind unglaublich herzliche Menschen und werden sozusagen perfekt ergänzt durch ihre lieben Hunde und Katzen..
Das Angebot von Frühstück und Abendessen sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen, alles sehr lecker und frisch und ohne den typischen Trubel eines Restaurants, sehr entspannt.
Der richtige Ort für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub mit tollen Stränden, Studios zum wohlfühlen, hervorragendem Essen, netten Gesprächen, Zeit zum chillen, Hunde kraulen und einfach "sein". Wer Partys braucht oder kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten sucht ist dort falsch. Danke für die wunderbare und erholsame Zeit!

Jeden Abend ein vegetarisches Überraschungsmenü zum Reinknien (im wahren Leben bin ich weit weg vom Vegetarier,habe das Essen aber seeeehr genossen).
Wir haben uns sehr,sehr wohl gefühlt und jede Sekunde auf unserer Terrasse,im Apartment,an der Bar und auf den traumhaften Halbinseln genossen....nicht zu vergessen die wunderbaren Fellnasen ...

Es wird von Köstlichkeiten geschrieben... Aber nur Dienstags gibt es Fisch und Freitags Fleisch, sonst nur Vegetarisch, wir wollten aber Fisch oder Fleisch. Nicht möglich....Reden oder Lachen wurde auch nicht so gerne gesehen. Wir hatten aber Urlaub gebucht, und nicht ein Seniorenheim. Wir würden nie wieder dort hin fahren. Aber in die nähe bestimmt den wir haben uns den Urlaub nicht vermissen lassen.
Das Abendessen und auch das Frühstück waren vorzüglich, mit Liebe gekocht,
Es ist der Ort um absolut abzuschalten, sich zu regenerieren .
Die Umgebung ist ideal zum wandern,aber auch herrlich zum Faulenzen an den sauberen Stränden am glasklarem Wasser.
Am schönsten war das "nachHause kommen " in diese außergewöhnliche Anlage.Urlaub pur!!,herrliche Luft
