Newly built villa complex in the heart of the village of Ormos Panagias, just a few meters from the sea. Enjoy the magnificent view of the small fishing port and stroll along the promenade. The eight modern vacation homes are comfortably furnished and equipped with dishwashers, washing machines, and air conditioning, as well as a furnished terrace and balcony. Within the beautiful gardens, there is a heated communal pool with a jacuzzi and sun terrace. The restaurant, located directly on the waterfront, will spoil you with exquisite specialties at any time of the day (for a fee). The beautiful sandy beach of Trani Ammouda with its turquoise waters is just a few minutes' walk away.

Ormos Panagia is a small village in the northeastern part of the Sithonia peninsula. It has a small harbour used by fishing boats. The area is very popular with tourists in summer. Excursion boats depart from here for trips along the holy mountain of Athos.

The view from our balcony was stunning! We enjoyed our mornings sipping coffee while overlooking the harbor, The location is excellent for excursions around the Sithonia peninsula, and we had a great time visiting nearby attractions

We just got back from a week at Villas Acrotel and wow, what a spot! The location is super close to the beach, and we loved walking along the promenade, The villa was spacious and had all the amenities we could ask for—dishwasher, washing machine, you name it! The restaurant by the water served some delicious meals, too, I would totally recommend this place, especially for families or groups

Our family had a fantastic time at the Acrotel Villas. The children loved the pool, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of Ormos Panagias. The beach is beautiful and not crowded, perfect for relaxing. We felt very welcomed and would definitely come back!
